Discount Tire

This fast paced high volume store was extremely busy, the service I received undoubtingly one of the best customer friendly and caring staff I have encountered in years in this area. There was a little bit of a wait, but i will wait there again in the future for sure. It truly brought back hope that "above and beyond" customer service, and employees that give 120% to their line of work. The price was the lowest and best I was quoted, and I inquired with all the major competitors in the Pierce County area. So if you are like me and needed a smile that day, as well as a break in the price, I would tell you save your time on getting quotes and just give these guys a call you will be smiling when you leave as well!

I needed new tires so bad, and they had just sold the last of the ones I wanted literally 10 minutes before I showed up. The assistant manager upgraded me for free so I wouldn't have to drive on 2 old and 2 new tires all weekend. They are very concerned about the safety of everyone of their customers! My experience was the best, and I definitely recommend them!

Their slogan says it all. NOT to be undersold. Staff is helpful and informative. I walked in on a Tuesday evening looking to replace two tires, and they had me out before the end of the day.

So, they have a great review overall, and for the most part I am having a good experience. I called this morning and talked with, Brandon and he was very knowledgeable and quick.with information. I got some basic information and made the decision to get my tires replaced. When I arrived at the store after a short wait I spoke with Benjamin. He wanted to set up an account and I just had this, snake oil/slimy salesman feel. I am not sure if he was just putting on a front or if he was just trying to push a sale????? I have spent my money and I am waiting for new tires to be installed. While waiting I am watching to try to figure out if this salesman approach is truly real as in he cares or if he is just chasing a sales quota?
