Big Lots

Discount store I can always go and find the things that I really need such as a colander or strainer or bath mats or pillows. They also have a fair amount of furniture that is fairly priced. you can find some good deals here. This is my go to store when I need to buy school supplies at the beginning of the school year.

I love Big lots they have big bargains, allow the store. I got my Patio set there and it was a real steal. Everything is new,and a lot less then the bigger chain stores. Even Walmart.

Decent selection of household items with good prices. Very well organized with majority of items tagged with the price on the item in addition to signs on shelves, so there is no confusion. Love that most items are priced in even dollars such as $2, $3, $4, $10 etc etc. There is always some kind of markdown on.Staff is friendly and always helpful.

I was told that it was closing time and I had to get out when I planned on making a purchase of couches using a coupon that I had for $200 off $800 coupon that expired today. The worker told me and my husband that he had to kick us out and we couldn’t make the purchase and that was what his manager said. I immediately asked for the manager to come to speak with me. When she came she said she would write a note to allow me to use the coupon tomorrow, wrote a note on it and left her contact information for any questions. While it was nice of her to offer to validate the coupon the next day I did not appreciate being treated the way I was and threatened and advise that I could not make my purchase and that I had to leave by the employee. Additionally, when I advise the manager that this had occurred and that was with the member service rep had told me she said she did not do that and that he was lying. However, When she was writing the note to allow me to use the coupon the following day she advised me that she was just going to put it was because I thought they closed at 10 which I did not appreciate her lying and not holding her employee accountable for one either lying about her telling us she was kicking us out or for saying it at all.

Went expecting to purchase alot of house hold items but there aren't any carts manager said takes 3 weeks for the store to get them sorry to say we only got a few things that would fit in the basket we were planning on spending at least 500.00 we live in SeaTac so the store in tukwila would be closer, but that store has closed 😭
