Discount Tire

I would not recommend this store to anyone. I’ve been going to DT for several years and gone to the Federal Way and Lakewood stores. Those stores have provided me with the best prices on tires, provided excellent customer service and take the time to provide knowledge on sales, pricing etc. The Bonney Lake store is not friendly and didn’t provide any good service to my son and I. We bought ONE tire that cost almost $200 for a DISCONTINUED tire. What a rip off! The salesman was on the phone the whole time while talking to us and didn’t give us any options or provide any information on the tire. He ordered it online before giving us the price and informed us when the tire would be available at the store. Poor customer service!!

I have been with this store since it opened. Best service of any tire outfit I've ever had in 33 years on the road. Rotations, flats...they got you covered and quick. Polite, and professional and always gave me great service and advise. They deserve my rating.

Instead of just rotating my tires like I asked they gave me a whole sales pitch trying to get me to buy new tires...when my tires are good still and I'm trying to do the proper maintanence so they last as long as they should? Just pushy and bad business. The tires were purchased at discount and I feel that they should help their customers get the longest life out of tires. Why do I need new tires if there's more than 50% tread left?

These guys are the best. I had two new tires put on my car in early January to prepare for the Winter, not one month later a five inch bolt popped my tire in the morning right before work. I threw my donut on and drove over there where they replaced my tire for $12 dollars in 45 minutes! I will not get my tires anywhere else from now on.

Super impressed with this establishment. All employees, from salespeople to technicians are respectful and courteous to everyone walking through their door. By far the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Scott Burnett was my salesperson. My tire was able to be repaired and therefore I was not charged for the work. This is appointment by walk-in so the earlier you get there, the better. Again, great customer service!!
