Mr. Scott Hansen (Tacoma Store Manager): I would like to take this opportunity to commend Matt Newland for his assistance in purchasing a new set of irons and woods. Matt was extremely patient and genuinely cared about my needs (lie angle, club speed, shaft type etc…), rather than just selling me the latest “shiny new equipment.” I ended up purchasing a set of Mizuno “hot metal” irons and Callaway Rogue woods, with the appropriate “fitted shafts.” Matt worked with me all the way through the process from fitting to delivery. He is super friendly, knowledgeable and above all… Matt is passionate about the game of golf. His passion rubs off on me (the customer). I truly enjoyed my experience with Matt. Not so great experience. Guy was running all over like he was the only one there working. Took very little interest in me cause he seemed so distracted by everything else and he may have been the only one because no one else tried to help

Did not care for a employee running out of the store to ask if I paid for the golf shoes I just bought, maybe if they bag the product you bought they would recognize there own bag????
