Terrible experience! If you have a nice car don’t bring it here, I have a 2020 dodge charger scatpack I bought brand new and I recently got the first ever tire change on the car and when the work was done they badly damaged 2 of my wheels. I made a claim, and days go by. finally the very unprofessional rude manager at the keystone location claims they didn’t do the damage and isn’t taking responsibility, I even have before and after pictures of my wheels and the manager is still being unreasonable. Don’t bring your car here if you care about the quality of work! Mind you this car only 13k miles on it.
Very unprofessional shop! These employees DO NOT care about the quality of their work. They will badly damage your wheels and then claim not to have done it. The manager here is very rude, short, and unprofessional and not willing to own up to his shops mistakes. When talking with the manager he takes no responsibility and just talked over me the whole time. You have one singular job you are trained for, it's to change tires and you guys can't do it without damaging people property. When someone works hard to have a nice vehicle and no regard on how a tire is remove the tires on 1,200 $ rims is totally un acceptable.

I walked in and they were super busy. I needed a quick patch on my tire because I had an important appointment to attend. Mitch quoted me 1 hour which was a great time for how busy they were. I just didn't have that kind of time. A gentleman named Ethan asked what brought me and squeezed me instantly. He saved my entire day. I recommend this place. Never seen someone patch a tire so fast. In and out within 10-15 minutes! Thank you gentleman!
Fast, friendly service. No pushy sales people. Quality work. Free air check, Free tire rotation. They are awesome.
Do yourself a favor and just don't go anywhere else for tires. Sr. Manager Dustin is personable and easy going. I needed 4 tires and they got me in and out in less than an hour ON A SATURDAY!! Elias recommended wipers too, which I needed badly. Just a great team and easy to work with.
Professional and quality service. Even though it was a Saturday, the line worked down pretty quickly. And the staff were courteous, thoughtful, and worked really fast to give us a pick up time, worked with us on getting a reasonable price for the tire replacement. They even got finished before the projected timeframe. I’m also grateful that they were able to bend back the rim, which was in poor shape, and they were willing to help with a window malfunction in the vehicle, which hindered the window from coming back up. They offered sound advice about repair options.
I was driving through Indianapolis on my way to NY when I ran over a nail on the road. The puncture caused a significant drop in the PSI of the affected tire and I needed emergent attention. Fortunately I was near this Discount Tire location and when I finally parked my car, my affected tire was nearly flat. Since I arrived without an appointment, I waited less than two hours in the lobby. The staff was very pleasant and professional and the waiting area was clean. The staff did a great job fixing my tire and when it was time to check out, I was given a complimentary service! I was pleasantly surprised and thankful for their service and time. Thank you so much!
I don’t normally write reviews, but I’d like to show my appreciation for this business. I scheduled an appointment for a leaking tire and they got me in the next day. They found a nail and patched the tire for free. They were all nice, efficient, and didn’t try to upsell me. I was in and out with a fixed tire at no cost within 50 minutes.
Had a problem with my tires and they took me in even after they were closed!! All staff members were so kind and made me feel welcomed. Would 10/10 recommend! Brayden was AWESOME
