They are taking covid seriously and it's great. I'm standing outside the store waiting for my family and there's a lady at front telling everyone about mask policy. It's very nice to see a store enforcing rules about mask and social distancing especially in a crowded mall. Great job Disney!!!
They gave my baby Tinkerbell dust to make a wish! Absolutely great service!!
The cast members were really friendly, and the selection was nice. The sale prices were clearly marked. They check your ID in case "a villainous character" tries to steal your identity when you run your credit card. It's cute and funny how they stay in character to create the Disney experience.
Nice friendly staff. Got a few good deals! We like to visit once a month or so. Only gripe-the poor quality shopping bags they make you buy. Our store doesn't have bags anymore! A box easily ripped a hole in the bag, very cheap! Will reconsider what we buy in the future and I promise it will be less.
Just like every other Disney store, resort or park, they live up to the extremely high customer service levels Disney is known for. Always friendly and fun to visit. I wish more companies learned more from Disney's high standards. They recently stopped using plastic bags, you can buy various size cloth bags for $0.99 each or bring your own. Nice move for the environment. None of the proceeds from the bags are taken for profit only used to produce more bags. Way to go Disney.
Usually come for the deals...and because the kids love it. Products may or may not last, and usually very difficult to maneuver the crowds. Staffing is super friendly and helpful. One thing though. They no longer provide plastic bags for purchases. Mickey has "gone green" prolonged eye roll inserted here and you will either have to carry your purchase out in your hand OR buy a handy dandy cloth bag for $1. Bag is reusable...if you remember to bring it with you.
I wanted to look for a Halloween costume for my son, but since everything is secured to the hanger and there are no fitting rooms i was unable to. There are almost NO boy costumes, especially in the infant sizes. The staff seem like they don't have time to talk to you or help you. I guess I'll have to go to a 5th different store and look for one.
The workers at this store always go the extra mile. We have found this store is always stocked and in great shape. Our kid loves the plush toys and they even have some of her Disney jr items like bingo and rolly dolls! This disney store is true to the brand...its a magical place ! Especially if you are young! Toys can get pricey but there's always a good deal on something! Ample supply of clothing for adults and children too!
I didn't really want to leave a star but it's the only way to leave a review. Every year for about 3 years I come in this store to buy a princess Tiana doll for one of my granddaughters and they never have one. They always have every other princess in every age group except princess Tiana. It's a Disney store you should represent all your characters. When I asked if they had any I was told that they were all sold out lol... yea ok... sold out every of age group. I just dont understand how ALL the other princesses are available she's not... Not one damn doll
Overspent on a Disney item get to register and they won't give us a bag unless we pay for it....even though it was raining outside. I expect to pay to much for stuff that has Disney things on it but they could offer me a bag.
