Very unprofessional staff members. They are rude on the phone and when you go to the office.

Staff in the security licensing part are very rude and unprofessional, if you go here just give them your paperwork and don't say anything or they will have a sarcastic remark about it

The female that answered the phone was very rude. Unprofessional at its best. I called to get information and she acted as if it wasn't her Job to provide information but yet she answered the phone. That's beyond crazy to me that you are blessed with a job and you are rude to people.

Excellent service but you have to arrive early to get a good spot in line.
