After an initially positive experience, the EASE team, for whatever reason, decided to not return any calls or texts after I expressed interest in a property. If they gave me incorrect information during an apartment showing, I completely understand. Ignoring and not acknowledging any contact whatsoever is inconvenient, rude, and disrespectful to anyone. I am not one to write reviews online, especially of this nature, so please know I am writing this from a fair and objective standpoint.

Never had a more responsive or kind property manager! Every time I've had a problem, they go out of their way to make sure I get whatever I need - from sandbags in a rainstorm to a new hot water heater. Never even occurred to me that you could like a property manager so much!
