They have the best apartment buildings here in Washington DC! The leasing staff is incredible and really made the process effortless. The amenities are top notch as well. Views from every apartment are nice and unique. Each apartment is equipped with top of the line appliances. Location cannot be beat with the proximity to the anywhere downtown. Simply AMAZING as ever! Especially when I compare to other residential buildings downtown. Our elevators always work which is more than some buildings can say. Our staff is awesome and the place stays clean and extremely well kept. Residents are adults with respect and dignity for their home. Love it here!

I was having trouble with my a/c, and within an hour they had someone come fix it. Of all the places I've lived, whether apartments or not, I've never had service come fix something that quickly. Needless to say, I'm impressed - and that's why I'm giving DARO 5 stars today. Thanks!

I''m a brand new tenant of Sedgwick Gardens as of this past weekend and i just wanted say how great the experience has been thanks to DARO staff. these three have made this whole process from viewing to lease signing to move in painless and smooth for me. To be honest, looking for apartments and moving is one of my absolute least favorite thing to do, However, this was by far the most pleasant experience I've had in this arena. Jackie and Shawntay walked me through the process with a smile and were always available to answer quickly and accurately. Was very helpful on my move in date, instructing me where to park/unload and even taking the time to attempt to help me find a dolly for some of my heavier items. Overall, a very professional experience.

I just wanted to take some time to express how fortunate i feel to have joined the sixteen hundred apartments and Daro management community. The staff have been nothing but kind, welcoming, on task, and above and beyond helpful. Extremely professional and overalls has just been a great experience.

On Saturday we called in about our sink being clogged and the front desk took all the information and politely explained that a maintenance technician was being dispatched. Within the hour, one of our favorite maintenance team members showed up to take care of the problem. They were friendly, helpful and courteous. One of my favorite perks of renting an apartment home at Sedgwick Gardens is having an efficient front desk and maintenance team here to continually making sure we are happy in our home. Thank you Daro!
