Divine Family Eyecare

Every person I interacted here at this clinic was beyond friendly. They made me feel so welcomed at every step of the appointment from walking into the clinic, at the actual eye exam, and to picking out glasses. The doctor clearly explained to me certain things that the test showed and was really cool. This clinic has been with me since i was a kid and I came back as an adult and they have stayed awesome. Thank you to everyone at Divine Family Eye Care!!!

I took my daughter here about a week ago and I was so happy with my decision to go there. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. They patiently answered every question we had and even the ones we didn't know to ask. I learned more about her vision in the 20 or so minutes I spent with the doctor than I have in the 10 years my daughter has been wearing glasses. They were so thorough in their exams that I had no worries about her results. I am so excited to call them her new eye doctor.

Really enjoyed my visit here!. The staff is friendly and calm. The Dr i saw was such a nice woman. I felt very comfortable with her!!! She spoke with confidence and gave me some great advice for my eyes as well. I will definitely be going back.

I love the staff! Always updated with quality eye care. Keeps me reminded for appointments when I’m busy and a grace period if I’m late! I love my glasses and contacts! I take my daughter who still goes to them as well! Great team work and great on location where I live!

Wow! The staff here was amazing! Even with multiple kids running around they were polite and respectful. Their service was fast and had a great selection on frames.

I was referred to this facility 2 years ago and my first experience was great. However, I went to schedule another appointment and spoke with a receptionist Serena and I was rudely advised that this location does not accept Anthem Part G - Medical, Dental, Vision, which would've been fine but Serena's overall demeanor was distasteful and I will be sure to advise all to stray away from this facility. Also, during my call of trying to schedule Serena TOLD me she had another call coming through and that I would need to wait. Imagine the shock I had when I wanted nothing more but to be seen by the amazing eye Doctor again but the receptionist tried to put me on hold do to her frustration with me challenging the fact that Anthem does indeed take vison needs as well. This type of dry non-chalant attitude will certainly be driving away all of their clients. As a Director of 3 apartment complex's in Columbus, I find it very disheartening that a returning client would be treated with such lack of respect. I hope all phone calls are recorded for training purposes so that Serena can learn and grow from this experience.

I just love this establishment. Very personable staff. On one visit I had my new prescription put into an existing frame because I finally received a prescription that actually works well for me. My most recent visit was to obtain my very first pair of contacts. I was shown a video and the young lady was super patient as I removed them and put them back in lots of laughter during the process. I definitely recommend this establishment.

Great people, clean environment, and I definitely love all the different glasses they have available. Love you guys!

Everyone very kind, courteous and professional. Appointment was on time. Dr and tech took time to answer questions and help me pick out my new glasses.

My daughter and I love Dr. Sylvia Jones, from the first time we met her. We've been her patients for over 10yrs now. The staff is always very friendly and helpful with our needs. Dr. Jones shows that she cares for her patients and no question goes unanswered! We thank God for Dr. Jones!
