Dixie Cream Donut Shop

This is one of the most important establishments standing in Valdosta Georgia. I associate only positive memories deep familial love and a pride in my place of birth when I can even conjure a whim of how perfect these donuts are. When I go visit my family I always make sure I go there.

Dixie Creme doughnuts is the place for the best doughnuts in South Georgia . I've been coming here since my childhood days in the 1960's. The doughnuts are the lightest, and melt in your mouth when they are just cooked. They have many varieties to choose from, so take your pick. I'm sure that whatever flavor you choose, you won’t be disappointed. When you see the" hot doughnut sign lit up, make a pit stop, and a straight bee line to Dixie Creme Doughnuts.

Only open early in the day, but has the best and freshest donuts and pastries, and the coffee is great too.

It's a very small shop with AMAZING donuts and a window into the back to watch the donuts being made. The cinnamon rolls are absolutely fantastic (ours were fresh out of the oven). My custard filled donut had cream all the way through. Usually filled donuts only have a blob of custard inside one edge of the donut, but not these! We stopped here on a road trip and I'm just sad I won't be able to go here regularly because it's that delicious.
