Dog World Daycare and Behavior Center

Nick drove a full hour to come see us to help us with some small issues with our lab and to help teach us how to introduce him to the new puppies. He spent a full hour and a half with us for an extremely fair price. Nick was very informative and taught us more in this time frame that our local trainer Duffy's taught us in a full week. Nick was patient and clearly cares about dogs. His techniques are simple and easy follow. They really do work! I cannot say enough good things about him. We look forward to working with him in the near future!

I've been taking my dogs to DogWorld since they 1st opened. Nick and his staff are caring and always willing to help with any dog issues. They have helped us with training and Nick even came to see my dog Joey, when he was sick and we had to have him (Joey, not Nick) put down. Joey loved Nick.

The guy that runs this place is a very good trsiner. The entire staff is very friendly and patient. Everything is explained well. The facilities are in good shape.

Do not waste your money on the training. We spent over $400 for the week long training. In reality we spent $400 for a week of lodging. They sent us a form asking about our dogs behaviors that needed to be corrected. We completed the form, sent our dog there, but he came back the exact same dog. The only thing they did was teach him how to walk on a leash. Also, an issue I have is choker leashes (they use them). Sure a dog will behave well when their eyeballs are popping out of their head. Who wouldn't behave whenever you can't catch a breath? We only had one session with our dog and "trainer." It was a group session where we walked in a circle, walked over a foot tall incline, and had the dogs sit. Their lodging is okay, but seriously do not have your dogs "trained" here. If your dog has behavioral problems that you cannot stop, find a behaviorist. Do not use these "trainers."

We have 2 JRT’s who recently attended Dog Boot Camp. What a difference! Nick and all the trainers are excellent in all they do from greeting at the front counter, boarding for the day or long term, to obedience training. Thank you very much. Highly recommended. 5 stars all way 👍🏼
