Doggie Styles Pet Grooming Inc

We started taking our mouthy Schnauzer to Doggie Styles when we moved to Huntley in June 2014. We have had him at a couple other places and are, by far, happiest with the job they do here. Not only do they give us a beautiful result, but it was AWESOME to come in to pick him up the first time and find that he hadn't even been crated, but was instead hanging out with one of the groomers. This was such a relief after another groom shop locked him in a bathroom because he barked too much. One day, while working from home, I lost track of time and didn't get there to pick up our dog until 20 minutes past closing time. Paula was super nice about it and just said "no worries, I was getting my paperwork done". LOVE it here.

BROKE MY DOGS TAIL!!! My dog left this place with her tail bent straight instead of it curling up like always. She had a red/raw spot on her tail and was acting painful so she went to the vet. When we asked Taylor if she knew of anything that happened she admitted she got Penelope's tail caught in a nail dremel. She was very sorry and told us she would help pay for it. Then when she found out it was broken in 2 spots and may need to be amputated she immediately changed her story and said she would not take responsibility. The owner says she is not liable because the groomers are all self employed. It is bad enough Taylor did not tell me of the injury to begin with until I asked but to deny all responsibility at all saying no one knows what could have happened even though she admitted earlier that she caught her tail in a dremel. It is just ridiculous!!!!!

Doggie Styles is AWESOME! ! The staff is super friendly and my dog was very happy! Very satisfied with our experience and would recommend them to my friends!

They're great. Been coming here with our dogs for about 2 years now. Cannot recommend them enough.
