Midwest School of Pet Grooming

Great school with amazing, caring groomers/teachers that provide a safe, clean, professional working enviroment. They taught me the basics at a comfortable pace to stress the importance of safety until I was ready to do more advanced haircuts.  This allows students and owners to be mutually happy with the doggies haircut. The teaching style and resources they provide are immensely important to a students progression of becoming a professional. I'd reccomend this school/grooming shop to any dog owner or potential dog groomer.

A little over a year ago I decided to change my career path . I did my research and I decided to come here to this school. Best decision ever!!! I had No skill set in this field and from day one I knew I made the right decision!!! I learned so very much:)) I’m now employed as a Groomer in an amazing shop !! And it all started at this school !! Amy is the new owner of this school that she went to herself !! She is a passionate teacher, I learned so very much, and there is so much to learn:)) this was definitely the Best decision to come to this school. I hope you enjoy your time here as much as I did. Choppy cut not friendly and the poor dogs have to stay in cages with no bedding or support. Last time I take my dog here. Barrington needs another grooming company close to main st. Very unhappy with the cut and the owner comes across with an arrogant unfriendly attitude.

I have always taken my dogs to be groomed here. They do a wonderful job and my dogs look so nice when they are done!
