I took Chino in for the first time and had a great experience. Chino looked amazing!!!! Very affordable price for such a great job! I will definitely bring Chino back! My experiences with other groomers were bad and stressed Chino out. But at Perfect Paws he came back happy! Thank you so much again! I will recommend all my friends and family with fur babies!

After her first visit my dog came back smelling fantastic with super soft fur. Love that this place is cage free. However, at her most recent visit, we asked for her to be trimmed a little shorter and she came back SHAVED. Not sure why someone with experience would think I would want my long haired dog to look like she does now... Upon asking how she did, as she has had previous poor experience with grooming, the owner replied that she was terrible. Thought I found a local business to support, however we will have to keep searching.

Took my Honey dog there for the first time on Saturday (3/17). Her haircut is great and she was very happy when I picked her up...not at all stressed. I highly recommend this grooming facility. You will be very pleased!

First time going here and I’m impressed how my shih-tzu looks and her nails are nicely trimmed- I cannot complain about anything regarding the actual haircut. I’m a little concerned, however because they did not require to show vaccine papers on my dog. Like I said, this was my very first time going so there is absolutely no record of my dog going there. All they know is her name. I may be wrong but isn’t it a law that you have to verify vaccinations as a groomer? The reason I’m asking is because how do I know there wasn’t another dog there that did not have their vaccinations and was carrying something that could be passed on to my dog- I know my dog has had her shots but they don’t know that and the only way would be to request proof. I even asked the girl if she needed to see my dogs vaccinations and she simply said “no”. I was beyond puzzled. I will be contacting the owner to find out the policy/law on vaccinations. Adding to my review- replying to the statement from owner.....unfortunately that is absolutely false information and I wasn’t even asked for proof of vaccinations! I had to ask the girl if she needed to see the papers and her response was “no, that’s ok”. I never had any papers in my pocket- I walked in with my phone and papers in hand and had no purse. There was also no type of “rush” whatsoever and I was the only person in the place! I will most definitely not be going back to this facility now- if the owner is willing to lie about this, what makes me think she wouldn’t lie or cover something up when my dog is in her hands! No thanks!
