Best In Show Dog & Cat Grooming

very rude and very hard to reach! I called many times and it went to message every time I called, even though I called around 4:00 in the afternoon! When I finally got ahold of somebody, they asked to talk to my mom about MY cat who I am responsible for, and when I told whoever was on the phone this, she just hung up. VERY rude! How about listening to somebody who could have been a future customer.

I brought our 14 week old puppy in and the first thing out of the lady's mouth was OH MY GOD YOUR A MESS - how about you say hello first?! Walked right back out the door. She looked a mess herself so not sure why she thought she looked any better - at least the puppy is cute!

I've tried practically every groomer in Plainfield or near by suburbs whether a location or mobile and NO ONE does the job the way this place does. My dogs look and smell beautiful, but most of all they are not stressed out. They groom your dogs right in the open -their store front allows passerby to view all and they have nothing to hide and thats important to be able to see what is going on. I have 4 dogs- 2 Pomeranians, 1 Golden Retriever and 1 Lab/Golden Mix and they deserve the best! and this place truly is. I love my dogs and need to know they are being treated good and with care. Thank You!!! I am a customer for life and will tell everyone about your grooming services.

My bichpoo is 10 years old now. And I have taken him to probably five different groomers. Patrick groomed Teddy and did a fantastic job. The shop is very clean and open,you can see everything that's Happening nothing to hide. it is a wonderful shop I highly recommend it!🐩🐾🐾
