Dolce Vida Medical Spa

I have been a client of Stephanie’s for years and could not be happier with my results. She is very thorough and skilled at what she does. She has an awesome personality and it’s always a pleasure to see her. I highly recommend her.

After reading some of the bad reviews I felt I had to respond . First of all, I think they are fake and also very exaggerated. I have been going to Scotts team for several years also a group of people I know the same. If anything they would never cheat, mislead anyone or over sell any product. I feel along with many other patients Scotts team is the best in the business.

Big NOPE! Complete Scammers... the LOW reviews should have been 1st red flag. Their xeomin was bait and switched from Botox is junk. I spoke to a few friends who also had poor experiences with injectables there. Was sold 30 units 24 at another spa worked for 5 months and theirs never "kicked in" so that was a red flag. When I asked about this I was told I needed to purchase more another red flag, overselling the manager and injector contradicted each other. Injector said 30 units would "last much longer"- but the manager said I was "underdosed" instead of being honest and correcting the issue, they wanted more money for a junk tox . Their xeomin must be watered down or I was NOT injected with 30 units. They are too busy posting on social media to actually care about customer service, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There are plenty of other wonderful spas in Fairfield county. I'd stay far away from a business that is deceitful and won't explain anything. When I declined to come back in for more units, the manager stopped responding to emails. Their response below shows their true colors- they clearly oversell, which is why the units are so cheap. it's junk! * Would have been nice if you corrected issues instead of arguing and flat out lying*

There’s a reason people fly in from all over the country to see Scott! Yes, he’s THAT good! He and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional, especially Kathryn! She is always so helpful and attentive with all the clients. You will be impressed at any of their locations. They have the latest and most innovative treatments to make you feel great and look great!

BEWARE! I am disgusted & blown away right now. I have gone to Dolce Vita several times before & every single time I went, I was very pleased with Stephanie, the service, the spa itself-everything until I just now. I called earlier this week scheduling an appointment for Botox with Stephanie. Something last minute came up that would interfere with the appointment I had scheduled so with respect to the spa's policy & scheduling I called with more than 24 ours notice to cancel. To my suprise, I wasn't even in the schedule I get it mistakes happen but the receptionist that answered got rude with me when I had told her I should have been scheduled for 3:00...as I mentioned before, mistakes happen but when she told me "hold on a few minutes" - again very rudly so she can "search" my name- I was even more turned off. At this point, I came to a decision to not go back. I told the receptionist I was no longer interested i coming back into the spa and that was that....... a few minutes later I get a call from Catie "the office manager"saying that she doesn't think the spa will be a good fit for me going forward. What??? I didnt have any intentions on going back & already told the girl on the phone this...turns out- the spa loses out when people like myself come into the spa and use care credit. The spa messed up scheduling, the girl was very rude on the phone and then the "manager" calls back to tell me im no longer welcome there after I already said I was no longer coming back. Not good business & this is my first ever review done on any business. BEWARE

i had a terrible experience at this trumbull,ct location, Im going to reserve the names and try to resume my terrible experience . 1} I drove an hr ,arrive on time for my appt ,as i was waiting to be seen they called in patients that came after me. 2} during the time i was in the waiting room, receptionists behind counter talking bad about customers. 3} i had an appt for a specific treatment but the provider "did not had enough time "for that treatment so she offered something different. 4} provider did not finished my treatment .i was charged for a full treatment plus tips for an unfinished work that should had last at least an hour only lasted 20mn.

Dolce Vida is the best med spa I’ve been to, I went there after receiving bad results at another local med spa. Scott did my lip filler and I couldn’t be more happy with the results! The staff is so knowledgeable, welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. My lips look amazing and I can’t wait for my next visit, this is the only place I trust!

The staff is wonderful & very knowledgeable. Welcomed me right in & made me feel comfortable! So down to earth/genuine. Steph took her time to explain everything to me that i wanted to know! Scott was also friendly. The building is beautiful xo deff will be back

Ashley was AMZING! she took the time to explain all my options and the treatment was great. I’ll definitely come back to see her. The place was very nice and neat, the staff is very professional. Love this place!
