Went there on a Friday for a full body scan. Realized over the weekend he had missed one. Called back Monday and went into the office to have other skin tag removed. They wanted to charge me for the office visit. I explained to the girl I was just there Friday. She kept trying to get me to pay for their visit. Asked to speak to the doctor, was not allowed to. I walked out the door. Horrible experience.
This Dr. should not be in practice due to his utter disrespect for medical ethics, as well as his blatant disregard for the Hippocratic Oath! In short, he told TWO different patients, during two different appointments, that people on Medicaid, “should not be allowed to go on vacations or eat at restaurants.” He also repeatedly asked said patients if they worked, and what they did for a living, and proceeded to make a snarky comment about a patient’s sneakers being “expensive.” He outright refused to make follow up well check appointments with said patients due to “his nurses working so hard and not being able to afford the things that people with State issued insurance were able to, and that he didn’t think he’d be accepting this insurance any longer.” Needless to say, he is still a listed provider. This individual is an abomination to the medical profession as a whole, and I am utterly embarrassed to say that he attended one of the same alma maters as myself!
First class dermatologist - started seeing in high school for cystic facial acne and have been seeing ever since for all my skin needs. Dr P and his assistants and staff are so friendly and welcoming and caring. Would recommend to everyone.
I have been to many dermatologist over the years, because of numerous skin conditions I have developed, due to medications. Dr. Patragnelli is the most precise and knowledgeable dermatologist I have ever been to. He is very friendly and personable. The thing I like most about him is his determination to cure my skin condition, when other dermatologist would just give up. His office staff is also so friendly in urgent situations and in getting prescription refills. Honestly you will not find a better dermatologist anywhere
Dr. Patrignelli and his entire staff are wonderful. He is a brilliant dermatologist and has treated my entire family since he started his practice. His office and medical staff are professional and friendly. I had the privilege of working for two wonderful physicians until I retired. I know that Dr. Patrignelli and his team are the best.
Worst experience ever. I was there to have body checked for skin cancer screen. All he did was touch my head in one spot. No place else. And i have had skin cancer removes 3 times, thankfully not by him. Worst doctor of any kind ive experienced. I will be reported him cause i videod the entire thing. There is more but the board will see that
DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Warning!!!! Horrible experience I've ever had! First time seeing a dermatologist for psoriatic arthritis that my rheumatologist said I might have. He rushed the appointment didnt listen to all my symptoms and basically took my money and ran for the hills. He said "why am I here"? Oh I dont know to get treated for my scalp conditions. I felt like I was in there for 5 minutes! As he was exiting the door I had to ask for a diagnosis. He said dandruff. I dont trust this doctor. He didnt even know what clarifying your scalp means! Incompetent and impatient, and no compassion. However, the front desk and receptionists are wonderful. Its sad they have to work for this man. He also had a tun of pictures of Marilyn Monroe all over the patient room. Like obsessed much? It was creeping me out. Not to mention this guy was super touchy feely with me. Completely inappropriate!
I have health insurance that you have to use Doctors on there list. I noticed a mole on top of my head so I called Dr. Patrignellis office. The girl on the phone was very nice and scheduled my appointment. Office is very nice. The girl behind the glass was very pleasant. Filled out paper work then was brought to examination room. I was surprised to see a tv in the room. I liked that. Dr. Patrignelli came in couldn't have been nicer. He ask me what was wrong and he took care of it. He made me feel very comfortable as did everyone I talked too. A very pleasant visit. I will definitely go back again.
We went to him for my son's acne. He recommended a medication that can cause liver damage so it has to be monitored through blood work very closely. He never ordered blood test before or during 6 months of treatment. When we had a billing dispute with him over the fact he popped a single zit, called it surgery and billed for it of which the insurance denied making us responsible. So we switched to a new doctor to finish the treatment when we found out that the blood tests should be done regularly and he never mentioned it or did it. We complained to their office manager and asking him for an explanation, neither would help and they would not answer calls or assist in anything.
Beautiful facility; however, very disappointed with the patient care. What happened to educating your patients and taking your time with them? Tech was in and out, Dr. P had no bedside manner, felt very rushed, was not told risk vs. benefit of skin problems. He just went directly to removing what "shouldn't be there," without even explaining the procedure! Will be finding another dermatologist.
