Store never has stock on shelves. I dont blame the employees.... both of them. How can you run a store productivity with so few employees. The few that are there are great but they need help.
Everyone has always been very nice. Nehemia was especially helpful, taking my bags out to the car for me.
Found some neat stuff. Thought I had everything i purchased when i left cuz one bag was heavy. : Forgot AA and triple A batteries I purchased. Called store and was informed they had them waiting for me.
Update: This store can't keep anyone worth keeping around. The cashier big African American girl is ALWAYS in her phone. She is rude and very unpleasant. She was so rude today I cancelled my transaction and I will no longer be shopping with Dollar General. In no shape or fashion should your employees be rude to paying customers. Since your company only hires verbally abusive employees I refuse to step foot in another Dollar General. Went from terrible customer service to fairly decent service now. I avoided this store for a long time. Now I stop in again from time to time.
The cashier was very friendly and professional. I like it when she works. Store was neat and clean and I was in and out in no time while social distancing.
I started going to Dollar general because I seem like I always would be able to find things that I couldn't find in family Dollar but lately they need to mop those floors and sweep those floors and a little small baskets they are so nasty I mean nasty come on Dollar general get it together
The manager of this location needs improvement . Had only TWO employees working on the 4th of July what kind of mess is that. One of the employees was a stocker.so that leaves one guy on the register who has been there less than a week and apparently he's the manager on duty and not fully trained. The ACTUAL manager of this location needs to be replaced if she can't learn how to schedule employees appropriately so that customers can be served in a timely fashion and the employees won't be bombarded with customers!!!! I came back in today and the same situation and the same employee being bombarded at the register. DO BETTER
I usley don't say much because I love dollar general. But I was highly disappointed had to return a item that did not work trying to just exchange the item for same item. The cashier which she indicated she was the manager. Wanted me to pay the amount without the coupon even though I had my reciept, because I used a digital coupon at the time when I purchase the item. Instead of given me a even exchange for having to return a item that does not work. I didn't want the item anymore got my money back. Very disappointing because I love shopping at dollar general. Thumbs down for decker customer service
1. Cleanliness 2. Organization of products/store 3. Customer Service.... I look for those things when shopping in any store and this store could use a lot of help in all three areas.
Very curitious and kind and very helpful. Store was a little over crowd ed with merchandise on the floor. But other than that very helpful to all customers. Smiling and chatting with every customer. Over all a great visit.
