Just left this store 5 minutes ago. Substandard customer service! The checker was holding a causal conversation with another customer that wasn't in the checkout line. The checker looks at me and turns her head. She didn't say I'll be with you in a moment or this line is closed. She just continued her casual conversation. Others workers in the office saw me and said nothing. I left the items and left the store. I call the manager (Kevin) and informed him of this substandard customer service. He thank me for bringing this matter to his attention. I hope he deals with the issue. Remember, the customer's money do pay your salary.
