Not too busy when I stopped in. This location was large, and open later than other Dollar Tree locations in the area. Reasonably clean, aisles well stocked. They had a good selection of snacks and cleaning products, as well as plenty of knick knacks. Abundant parking in the parking lot.
The store is often busy, which indicates to me they do good business. The manager has been there awhile and he is amazing. He is kind, friendly, helpful and patient. There is expected a turnover in employees but that is everywhere.
10 people ahead of me in line with only one cashier. Line stretched around the corner & 1/2 way down the aisle. To bad they didn't have an express line since I only had a couple birthday cards. I would have come back later but needed to make it to the post office. Although it was very hard for me standing the cashier was "Very" polite & friendly.
Almost never opened during the posted hours on Google or on door. Always closing early or opening late. Won't answer the phone if you call to confirm if their opened or have helium. If you do get to go in the store, they have slowest cashiers and only 1 lane opened. Not even worth going to this location even though it's closet to me. I'll go to Shadow Lake location which doesn't have these issues.
A bit cluttered, dusty, and lots of empty spots. But! The item selection is great and can't beat some of the finds for a dollar. Some stuff you might find doesn't seem worth it then others might seem like a heck of a deal. Always worth going in.
It was a great time. The employees were nice and helpful.
This is a great dollar tree location, but I always see the management slacking off and avoiding the checklanes while they force the elderly woman working for them to handle all 17 customers in line. Depending on the time of day you enter this location, you can have the line stretching to the back of the store near the laundry soap. All while the man who I assume to be a member of management, wearing a dollar tree polo, walks around and looks angry. I feel really bad for the old people that work here, because I can tell they're exploited by their managers. It makes shopping here not the greatest experience.
Maybe, if you're not going to be open due to staffing issues, maybe you should put a sign up. We went to the 120th & Center location and in the 5 minutes we were there, we saw at least 10-12 people try to go in. I had to call another location to see if they were all closed on Sundays or just this location. They said that location is closed today due to staffing issues. I realize that's an issue nowadays but at least post a sign.
I've found some very interesting items for sale. A dollar is so reasonable, and I do love being able to save money. There was only one item that I could not find, and that was because they were out of that item very helpful staff. Everyone wearing their masks and following social distancing.
Good store lots of good, cheap, holiday decor.
