Kohl’s had good Black Friday deals for toys! I was able to get most of my sons Christmas gifts from kohl’s! Also.. they are helpful w/ holding items if you have someone around you that u wanna Christmas shop for.
I must say great people work here. The store is kept clean a d orderly. The only thing it is missing is the quality of goods it use to carry.
A Kohl’s employee named Evie hope that’s the proper spelling was working today at the Oakview location. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Please give this lovely person a raise! I rarely go to Kohl’s, but she won me over as a customer. Thanks again, Evie. Your kindness made my day.
Used to shop here when I was a kid. Exactly that. Everything’s the size for kids and little men. Always a disappointment. You do have 6’5+ football players in your consumer base. Wish you well.
Cute clothes and accessories - but the prices are pretty high unless you use their coupons and stack them on top of sale prices. Without the sales and coupons I won't even go there. Staff are pretty nice - but they could definitely use more staff. Half the time I go there the lines to check out or go to customer service are atrocious!!
You guys should not be locking doors!! There are disabled people who use handicap spots for a reason. I spoke to a store associate about it, asking to unlock the doors so I could get to my car. I as a disabled person did not want to walk extra when I parked in a handicap spot near a door. I was told "there's 6 other spots by the other doors, but we'll unlock it just for you as an exception." That's not the point- you don't know the doors are locked until you walk up, and forcing a disabled person to walk further than necessary is ablist. Very disappointed in the customer service here.
They're dry weather no good . Have the clothes too long they expire, when u buy they just loose out . When wash the color run out . Not good quality in some of the clothes, underwear, dress, blouse.
No transaction history on an eGift card that I received and had not used but could not get an explanation as to where it was so we spent.
We were just at Kohl's and we were waited on by EVIE . She is UNBELIEVABLE!!! I have NEVER had such wonderful service before. She deserves a promotion. Kudos EVIE...you rock!!!!
Awful customer service from both staff and management. Not the same it used to be. Used to come here every weekend and now every time I come I have an even worse impression. The younger workers have a better attitude than older, more experienced staff. Had a sigh of relief after I was actually treated decently. Hope this feedback is taken into account. It matters more than the 5 star reviews if the company hopes to retain loyal customers.
