Finish Line

Came here looking for shoes for two of my sons, they found these Jordans that were clearly marked on sale. The shoes rang up at $110 each instead of the marked $45 and the manager refused to honor the price or offer any solution to the issue. He blamed the clearly sale tagged item on some customer probably messing around and blew us off even though they were tagged the same as all the other sale shoes. I asked for a number to customer service told me to Google it. Kids left the store empty handed pretty upset, but learned a few valuable lessons I guess. Terrible customer service at this store, plenty of competition in the area selling the same product with decent customer service, so you should probably go to one of those places instead.

the service sucked. i was just trying to return a pair of shoes a half size bigger because my grandma accidentally got me the wrong size for christmas. the person working was a jerk and was not helpful whatsoever. he let us return the shoes and my grandma got for $120 because they were on sale but then my dad noticed they are usually $160. My dad went back in to get the shoes back but the dude refused to give them back and give us a refund after we returned it. it was so absurd because we had just gave them back 2 minutes ago. not helpful whatsoever. he did nothing but mutter and stand there. never going back or buying from them ever again.

Nobody is getting any help in the store ,was there yesterday two people working and not 1 person in the store. Never was helped,,one employee walked right out of the store must of been break time idk .the other employee never acknowledged me either. Might as well close down this location if nobody wants to work. Unbelievable Christmas time and nothing being sold. Not hard to figure out why.

I just spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to come help me and the store was empty. 4 what employees working and they all saw me standing there and no one bothered to come. I would give 0 stars if I could. This is my second trip here with the same experience. Spent my money at Champs.

Waited 20 min to get in the door. Another 15 min after i picked out a shoe for someone to help us . She took it to the back room and came out 10 min later and started helping people at the register. Ask her about the shoes and she said " oh i was gonna tell ya. We dont have it. ". Thanks for your help. Jeez. Customer service is quickly fading

Went to the mall today and was wanting to go look for some shoes for the kids at finish line. To my surprise, the curtain was closed.The employees were in there talking with the curtain closed an hour early. It was 6p and they weren’t supposed to close until 7p. People nowadays should really just stay home if they don’t want to work.

Went to Finish Line looking for tennis shoes. We were greeted by the employees. Asked for a size, tried them on, and purchased them. Staff members were very congenial. Quite pleased.

Ethan was awesome! Every time I go into the store, he greets me right away and helps me find exactly what I am looking for. Ethan always go over and beyond making sure I find what I’m looking for, otherwise finds something similar.
