Ordered a pizza and these "Buffalo " wigs, but as you can see they didn't even take time to coat the wings just squirted some sauce and called it a day. I get being understaffed but this is plain lazy. Super disappointing
I usually don’t order from Domino’s but I thought I’d give it a shot. I ordered the Brooklyn style pizza with pepperoni. It was super greasy. I like that they didn’t skimp on the toppings. My pizza arrived 20 minutes late so they gave me 60 points enough for a free pizza.
Not only did my order go out for delivery an hour after I placed it, the order was canceled after the driver was in my apartment complex for less than two minutes. I called the store as I had not received a phone call or delivery attempt, and the customer service was extremely unprofessional. Shelby was passive aggressive, defensive, and very unapologetic. She spoke over me multiple times and abruptly hung up in my face. Blamed ME for the driver being “unable” to deliver to my apartment. I order from this location regularly but never plan on ordering from here again. Extremely disappointed.
I called in to place an order 6:45pm and was told that it will arrive within 30-40 minutes. I waited an hour and 15 mins and received a call from someone saying that they cannot deliver after 7. I asked for a manager and a guy by the name Seth was on duty. He said that due to safety they are unable to deliver..He told me that he would offer a refund or that I can come pick it up, which is redundant if I placed an order for it to be delivered.. If it was about safety then both employees would have known to state so! Took them a second to charge my card but its 2-3 days to get it back! The irony! I will remember to tell my family and friends to never order from this place, completely unprofessional!
The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Placed a order by phone they took my order they took my money. 2 hours goes by and I finally get a hold of someone and they tell me they cancelled the order because they don't deliver to the area my hotel was in after a certain time. I spoke with the manager who is dck head and tells me "we cancelled the order we don't deliver to that area after a certain time" ok again why did you take my money in the first place then. He declined to answer. I demanded a answer on why if my order was cancelled no one would simply call me. He declined to answer.its like a child is running this place.
the delivery driver was turned away from the front door entire time . stayed at his car the whole time and didn’t turn once despite me being that the front door ready to pay. he kept starting at the food and then got back in his car and left without even bothering to check if someone was ready to retrieve said food nor bothered to deliver the food i also checked the box online for them to call me in any case. he did not do that but sat in his car for a good 20 seconds before leaving. tried to order again giving them the benefit of the doubt but they cancelled my order , i see why this place has low ratings
I order a pizza for my cousin the pizza never arrive also when I order the pizza a put the correct address that take you To the apartment complex and I put the correct apartment number but the driver call me saying he couldn’t find the address also that the apartment complex has letters instead of numbers I just think they be stealing the pizza because how you are not able to deliver it to the address provided …. Not ordering again from this store
placed delivery order, began prep and was being prepped for 15 minutes before dominoes cancelled my order i assume because the store closes soon and the workers are too lazy to do their job. very disappointing.
I wasn't going to post my disappointment of having to return my pizza back to domino's for missing the main ingredient or the failure of someone saying sorry. But to receive another replacement pizza that's even worser made and taste. I swear the pizza was sabatoge in retaliation for bring back my first pizza back. I found mushrooms and jalapenos which wasn't ordered. Over the past 4 years of ordering the same pizza I never had a problem until now. Like said in the beginning I wasn't going to post a review but because of the apparent sabatoge of my pizza something needed to be said. This is suppose to be a thin crust pizza not a pan pizza. Freezing the rest in case someone from domino's needs to look at it.
We’ve ordered from here multiples times but the past two times have been awful. Our order took over an hour and 15 mins. Tracker showed it being “quality checked” for 45 of those minutes. Both sandwiches were so poorly thrown together. As you can see in the picture below my sandwich isn’t even cut half way and only the top bun was cut. I also ordered the Italian which comes with ham, salami and pepperoni and there was no ham. These cheese was all melted out and burnt onto the paper and box. My fiancé order the buffalo chicken sandwich and his was just as poorly thrown together and burnt. It’s disappointing that it even says its being “quality checked” when it clearly wasn’t. The tracker said it was delivered and I got an email asking how my order was and we hadn’t even received it. Then our delivery driver Maurice just handed my fiancé the food and walked away. No hello, good evening, nothing. Very poor customer service. Then I call to discuss my order and sit on hold for over 15 plus minutes for them to say, “would you like us to remake the sandwiches or you want the credit of two side items?” By this time it’s after 9:30pm so no I don’t want to wait another hour or so after all of this. Plus she didn’t even apologize, she barely even asked what was wrong with my order. Terrible customer service. Won’t be ordering here again. Too many mistakes and poor customer service.
