Update: Formalized complaint with corporate and franchise today—— Wow! Horrible horrible people work here. No wonder they have 2 stars. Edwin and and the manager who refused to give us his name over the phone need to be fired. Last night we ordered a salad, pasta and chicken bites for the 6.99 each delivery deal. The pasta carbonara dish was half full. It had 3 small pieces of chicken in it and 3 mushroom slices! What a joke. The salad was also a joke. Barely half full. See photos. As soon as we got the delivery, we called the store to be told by Edwin that he could do nothing because the manager already left. We asked for a refund and he refused. THEN he accused us eating the pasta before taking photos. Lol. Really? Playing mind games with unhappy customers is really professional. He told us to call back the next day and speak with the manager. Today, we called and spoke with someone claiming to be the manager who refused to give us his name saying it was “confidential”. He had an accent as did Edwin. We told him what happened last night, and he said that corporate dictates what quantity goes into the pasta bowl and that previously employees put too much in the bowls. We asked for a refund and when we provided the order number and phone number, this dude said he could not find our order even though we were looking at the info in an email. Lies. Dominos - why hasn’t this store been shut down with the excessive low quality that comes from it?

DO NOT park in this Dominos lot and go anywhere else! There is a TOW company on the same block. They have lookouts and will tow your car within 20 minutes. $160

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. As a former manager at Dominoes this is not how a store should be run. Driver took more than an hour and a half to arrive, despite my order appearing to have been delivered based on the online tracker. Food was cold. Multiple calls to the store netted me several different delivery estimates despite online saying that my order had already been delivered. "don't worry about it, it will get there when it gets there". Horrible store, and even worse staff.

Order here a lot with a buddy, will never again. We ordered dominos on the 3rd of July. They marked it delivered after 30 minutes? Okay, we called after an hour to see if the food was ready. He told us it was on its way. We waited a total of two hours for him to tell us that they will be cancelling and refunding orders. I never got a refund. Now I have to go out of my way to call and get a refund somehow or chargeback. Worst pizza place ever.

This store is very poorly managed. Pick up? No problem. Delivery? Nightmare. I have all the empathy in the world for the employees, who in my experience have always done their best. I live a block away but was sick so I ordered delivery. We're going on two hours now. Wish me luck.

Awful experience, we did our order by the app, when we saw that the order was ready we were there to pick it up. After arrive, we told to the front desk girl our name and the order’s number, and also we advised her that our order was set, as the app said. She said that we have to wait because it isn’t ready. After 25 minutes of wait in the restaurant, a woman came to pick up her order and when she said her name, the front desk girl said our name! amazing!!! Our order was ready since the first moment but she didn’t give us. We ask for a reply or an apologize only this but the MANAGER STARTED TO SHOUT US TO KICK US OUT OF DOMINOS. We were gone out because we we’re afraid, we are not this type of persons that start arguing with everybody. Don’t order here!! The employee was named Carl. Please fire him.

Pizza tracker shows order as being already delivered after 15 min.....but it never arrived. When I called them, the employee kept saying "it's on its way" with no further details. Dominos makes no effort to get a refund or seek recourse. Other reviews show this store has a history of cheating customers. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and social media and don't give your money to Dominos.

Pizza was never delivered. Credit card was charged. There isn’t a way to complain nobody answers the phone and no voicemail. We’ll have to use the credit card company to revoke the charge. I would never call this dominos.

This dominos has almost always been great for us! A few mishaps over the years, mostly because of our order specifications ie well done, and light sauce options, but most of the time they are awesome.we never bother with deliver and prefer to use store pickup! Thank you guys so much.

The worse customer service ever! The "manager" was extremely rude and racist. Don't go here if you have fair or dark skin. He hung up on the order 3 times. When arrived at the restaurant and he didn't even take the order over the phone. In his defense he was the only employee! Don't order food from here.
