Single worst service from anywhere, everywhere. Waited an hour for delivery, because that's how long it took to make the order. Long enough to stop by and the cashier had an attitude when questioned. He was so mad he was in near tears and I had to wait for the delivery driver to come back. Don't order delivery, they cannot deliver. Driver was cool though, not his fault
Worst service at any JJs and I’m talking PICKUP IN STORE… can’t even imagine delivery and I’ve been to the old Arlington location that shut down for same reasons Truly rude, air-headed staff. It’s like they are being forced to work there. For what its worth, the few female workers have been nice but the same dudes are always awful people for no reason lol

Worst location, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Employee intentionally gave me the wrong order and did not honor my notes although I paid extra. Waited 20min for curbside only to have to go inside anyway on a swollen ankle. Never again. Literally gave me anything and NOT what I ordered. I called and the line is always “busy” but there’s literally no one customers on the inside of the store.
Thankfully, this isn't my usual Jimmy John's location - it's freaky slow! I've ordered from here twice in the last couple of months because it was closer to where I was headed. The first visit I was held up and didn't get to the restaurant until 25 minutes after I placed my order, so I expected it would be ready and waiting for me on the pick-up shelf. Wrong. I got there and didn't find my food, so I asked about it and after they located my order I was told they would have to mix up more tuna fish and it would be about 15 minutes. So after 40 minutes I finally had my lunch - nothing fast about that! I went again yesterday and, again, ordered ahead of time on my app - a wrap and a slim sandwich. I got to the restaurant 10 minutes later and had to wait an additional 15 for my food, mind you it was not busy with customers and the workers were taking their sweet time making food. After I had waited for at least five minutes with my two children in tow they finally acknowledged me and asked what I had ordered. They then pulled the order ticket from the top of the printer and finally made my sandwiches. I get that it can get busy, but this was well before the lunch rush and I was in the restaurant and could see that it most definitely was not busy. This location is just plain slow, so don't expect your typical "freaky fast" sandwich experience when ordering from here.

After reading the comments about service and cleanliness, I assumed it couldn't be that bad... I was wrong. As I walked in, two patrons departed without ordering which should have been a clue. As I approached the counter to order, the staff member who greeted no one was cleaning a large spill in the kitchen / prep area. After a minute or two, he removed his shoe and began cleaning it with napkins. While doing so, he approached the counter to take my order as he touched the prep counter and register without washing his hands and with dirty shoe in hand. It's that bad.
They should change the slogan of this location to "Subs so slow you'll freak." Delivery from here almost never takes less than 90 minutes to get to you. When you call and ask about the status, they're always rude too. The subs are always decent once they get to you though!
My order was prepared and ready for pickup when I arrived. I had a customized Beach Club sandwich ordered through the app. Prepared to perfection.Food: 5/5
