Domino's Pizza

I had a horrible experience when I got home my pizza was raw and soggy in the middle and I immediately called but they were closed. So today, I called the store and after speaking to Stephanie, the manager, I am even more upset at the treatment I received. She made me feel even worse by insinuating that I was lying and didn't call last night and that no one else would remake my pizza because it was the next business day but they were closed and I did call and told her I had proof on my phone of me placing the call . This is a prime example of horrible customer service at it's worst. You do not make the customer feel worse!!! You make them feel better, and I have to say after this experience I won't be coming back to Dominos, ever again !!!

Twice I ordered pizza for my staff in advance from this store. The first time they lost the order and we were waiting for food that did not come. After calling the store, we were advised they could not find the order. The second time, which was last week, I went to the store and placed the order in person two days before it was supposed to be delivered. I even spoke with the manager, who assured me the order would be handled appropriately. Out of an abundance of caution. I called the store an hour before it was supposed to be delivered. I was told the order did not exist, even though I had a receipt in my hand. After 3 more calls and speaking to a manager, she eventually found the order. The food was subsequently delivered, way later than it was supposed to be and the order was wrong and the pizza was dry. They have certainly lost our business.

It's sad that a big pizza lover has to go to the same store multiple times just for a simple pizza that keeps getting messed up. And its not the first time they messed up my order. Instead of 2 toppings they gave me 1 single topping and told me that if I go back they'll make a new one but it would probably not be right either

Wonderfull experience from the first phone call to delivery. Never have I been treated with such respect and courtesy than my first order with the lovely staff at Dominos. Not only was I addressed with warmth and kindness, but, my order arrived in a prompt manor wirh a lovely young man, who was the paragon of sweetness and decency that this world is severely lacking in. I will highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and family, as well as you, fair public

Just tried to order food before the Friday rush . Took 15 minutes to place the order stating this would be a cash delivery just to find out they want my card on file for orders over 50 dollars . You hire turn around rate is to high for you to have cards on file . Order from any other place around here but this domino's. Horrible service there is 2 other locations near by that were more than happy to accept cash .

Pizza is usually good but this is how my thin crust showed up tonight. When I rearranged the pieces it was missing a square. Seems like staffing issues are causing a decline in quality.

Burned Mt pasta and cheese dip I didn't have time to go back but this place as usual sucks even though the workers are nice, pasta felt hard and the cheezy dip was literally stuck to the plate.

I ordered carry out. I was a few minutes early. The store was clean. Counter help was friendly. The male voices from the back were less than kid friendly. So...might want to leave the kids in the car...or have it delivered. Pizzas sure look nice, right!?!

Forgot our drink, pizza looked like someone threw it across the packing lot.. absolutely terrible delivery. I'd rather order carry out at a different location then order from them again

Very friendly employees who were honest on the order and then made it right. Great service! Perfect tasting and what I like in Dominos location! Thank you for the great service and very good pizza!
