These days good customer service issue resolution leaves a lot to be desired. I can't even count how many times my orders have been made wrong and/or something is missing. More times than not you are met with an attitude as if you messed up, which I never understood. Why take a job dealing with the public if you don't have good people skills and can't resolve simple issues? Well, the owners of this Capriotti's are awesome and completely opposite of what I shared above! Not only is the food very good, but they also have the best customer service I have encountered in my 12 years of living in Las Vegas. I would totally recommend this business to anyone.
I went here with a friend to get some sandwiches. The shop was clean and the customer service was very good. I ordered the Bobbie and it was so delicious that it may be one of the best sandwiches I had. My friend ordered the philly steak and enjoyed her's as well. I would definitely come back to Capriotti's and I would recommend this location.
Try the Waygu beef/roast beef, so good. Ordered 4 party trays of everything. Great service. Order ready on time!! Remember to tip. These hard working folks are our neighbors too.
First, I ordered 2 chicken philly sandwiches 1 without mushrooms, 1 without peppers, got that wrong. 2. Sandwichs were so tough I couldn't eat it! Gave it to the dog. 3.the food handler took my cash, picked up her 2 gloves, put 1 on, held the other in her hand while she checked her cell phone. If you handle money that's obviously dirty, then handle your dirty cell phone and put on gloves..the gloves are now contaminated too! Don't waste your money...
This business forces slave uber eats drivers to prepare food for their customers. Us drivers don't have food handlers cards. So this business is breaking health code and taking advantage of desperate slave delivery drivers for free labor. Sad world
We split a medium Bobbie combo with their side salad. The salad had spring mix, tomatoes and cheese; very good. The Bobbie was tasty and filling. Small indoor dining with a handful of tables, fountain drink machine. They close too early!
I have had only one bad experience with this Franchise. And that's because I tried something I never had, and was disappointed. But you can't love everything. Service has always been A+, across many locations. Always clean. Its My personal opinion, that this is one of the best sandwich shops in the country. Can't go wrong with a chicken Philly hot and sweet peppers and extra provolone. Pardon me while I wipe the drool away from my mouth.
I was still willing to patronize Capriotti's even though they have increased the price of a medium sub nearly 50% in the last five years or so, but this location repeatedly turns off their grill close to an HOUR before they are closed. They do this because the employees want to clock out at the exact time the restaurant closes. If you've ever worked in food service before, you know that this is not how a restaurant is supposed to operate. If they want to leave at that particular time so badly and it takes almost an hour to close the restaurant, then they need to update their closing time so it's an hour earlier. Lastly, I am not surprised to see that some of the five-star reviews are from their own employees, such as Karishma Patel- very unprofessional and honestly moronic to do so under your real name when it's so distinct.
I have been here many times before and never had a problem. Yesterday was not that great, ordered med Bobbie turkey was dry next to no mayo on the sandwich and the stuffing was overwhelming salty.
Great sandwiches...give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
