Jersey Mike's Subs

My co worker Alex and I from DOCTOR COOL A.C. And HEATING, came to Jersey mikes for lunch and we both agree that the staff here were awesome and very professional. They have met our every need, and the way they made our subs was fantastically delicious!! I’m not sure what others were whining about and giving only one stars. If Alex and I could we would give them a 10 star. Thank you Godfrey, Vanessa, billy, Gavin.

Placed a very large order at this location. Had to do it over the phone due to company policies. The staff were friendly, kind, and informative. Arrived the next day to pick up our order and it was ready when we arrived. The staff had already placed an abundance of oil and vinegar ramekins in a bag for us, and napkins, mayo, and mustard were included inside of the catering boxes. Our order was correct, and the subs were fresh. The staff here are fantastic. I’ll be using this location again for our next event.

I had went thus jerry mikes they had made my sandwich with No cheese or any onions.The sandwich was nasty. I called in to talk with mikey about my order he had gave me another sandwich on them. Went back toy sandwich remade there a taller male that did believe me had to Mikey to confirm I was telling the truth. Did get the sandwich. But when I did get the sandwich they did not wrap my sandwich up very good. So my ssandwish was falling out of the bag. Thank God I had looked before pick up the bag with my sandwich was in. The sandwich was nasty again. I will never go back here again when i come visit las vegas. Bad service and nasty sandwiches. NOT JERRY'S MIKE'S STYLE IT WAS MORE LIKE NASTY. NOT LIKE JERRY'S MIKE'S SANDWICH I HAVE HAD. I HAD BETTER JERRY'S MIKES THEN THIS PLACES. THEY SHOULD BE SHOUT DOWN.

Better than most chain sandwich shops. Hot and cold subs. Many options. Made fresh. Good cheesesteaks. Not a long wait. It's next to a starbucks so sometimes you have to park a little further away and be careful of the drive thru coffee people. I have almost been hit. I wish they stayed open later at night. Vegetarian options: Salads with loads of veggies.

Sandwiches are good but the lettuce is ALWAYS yellowish/brownish and wilting. Wish they would offer spinach as an option or at least have fresh lettuce on hand.Food: 4/5

The ever-changing staff seems to be somewhat incompetent. The dining area is rarely taken care of, even when slow. I guess they all assume that everyone is a DoorDasher or to-go person. WRONG! Plus, it seems to be a safe haven for homeless druggies filling up Wienerschnitzel soda cups. Unsanitary.Recommended dishesThe Original Italian

I just saw the hardest working man in Las Vegas at this Jersey Mike's. He had myself and than 9 people walked in behind me and he never lost his cool while he was the only 1 working at lunch time. My Sandwiches came out perfect and he still took the time to Acknowledg the people walking in and letting them know he would be right with them. He had to greet each customer, take the order,make the food,take off his gloves and ring up the orders collect the money,plus I had a coupon on my phone that he had to take care of. This guy needed more than 5 stars.

Derrick and Billy provided exceptional service!! Patient, helpful, and friendly These two gentlemen truly made me feel like a valued customer, and I will definitely return and recommend they stop making bacon at 8pm, so call if that’s something that you need on your sub and take a chance on the rosemary bread … shout out to the assist manager who got moved to lake mead store - she’s awesome too

Went back to have my sandwich remade. Eric and Marc fix my problem and also gave me a brownie. Thanks for making it right. Inttional response: I usually get a lot on their sandwiches in general from Jersey Mike's. This was a big disappointment. I ordered the sandwich with ham, turkey and bacon. banana peppers, jalapenos, Mayo, mustard, pickles, vinegar, and onions. They added tomatoes, put one jalapeno in there a couple banana peppers and very little bacon. After paying $20+ this isnt what I expect. Very disappointed, I should go get this sandwich remade and get a small one free for my time. They only thing that was slightly redeeming was the fact it was ready when I came to pick it up.

Placed an order for my office and when I came to pick it up and saw flies crawling all over the food and the dirty tables, I requested a refund and left. Will not be back. Previous visits had dirty tables, but the flies kills it for me. Staff seemed ok with it.
