Little Caesars Pizza

Everytime I come to this store my order gets messed up. I usually let it go, I understand things get busy, but this time we placed an order for pickup, the guy who refused to wear a nametag and claimed to be a manager was super rude to my wife, and now again they messed up my order and the guy said either we wait an additional 30 minutes or take the pizza they messed up which as clearly seen is not presentable, and they will not refund us. Either get yourstuff together or Ill hit up corporate.

Horrible service. The guy who helped me out was so bothered and annoyed I even came in. Asked for napkins, gave me a total of 3 and walked behind the counter so I couldn't ask for more. I got home and the pizza is still doughy, not cut all the way through. Is there anyone that handles guest services, because I would love to hear back from you and what the solution to my experience can be.

What is this dried looking mushroom. If this is their regular toppings, that's even worse. The food was technically fine but the service and this topping makes it look so bad at the same time. Never order again here. Pizza hut looks better at least in my opinion.Food: 3/5

Honestly this is my second review for a little Cesars but at a different location. I don’t understand what is going on but the employees are so rude. I was counting my money to give exact change and the employee at the register sighs and starts tapping on the counter. Hot and ready no longer applies at little Cesars. I had to wait 20 minutes. Also don’t even bother Calling to place an order they never answer. Your best best is only through the app.

My fiance walked in at 9:10 pm they close at 10pm.They told him they couldn't take our order that we had to download their app. So went to the car and downloaded the app then at 930 he went back in and they said oh it's too late we dont make pizza after 930 like they couldn't of said that when he first got there? Also if they just took the order at 910 we wouldn't have this problem. So we went to dominos they were happy to take my order and they had better pizza and a better deal. I dont recommend little Caesars anymore it use to be $5 now its $7

50 minute wait. Watching others come in and only wait 15 minutes. Order was 2 classic peps, crazy bread, and wings. I’m watching them sit in the warmer. Asked the guy for update “in the oven”. Why is it in the oven when there are hot n ready’s for a reason. Ridiculous location

Close this place down or get a new staff completely! Nobody in there wants to work ever. Its a argument everytime. Always cold pizzas or wait 40 minutes to get a pizza hot. Ordered a cheezy bread ontop of the pizza and was gave a lunch special pizza. Was told pizza was fresh out the oven yet when i opened the box to eat it was so hard the cheese was solid cold. I only live 6 minutes away. Should of checked b4 leaving. Also talking on a personal cellular while ringing me up and not paying attention to the customer order. Very rude. Been here multiple times due to its closest to me for lunch time. Been disappointed every time. Hot and ready pizzas are never hot and ready. Either none at all or have to wait 40 minutes. No joke. Every single time. This is ridiculous. If u dont wait u will get a cold and hard pizza that has been there probably since morning. Called and complained b4. Never been helped for the issues. Would be nice to be compensated back somewhat something. Get workers whom appreciate their jobs and understand ppl are eating this food. Not animals.

Don't bother calling this place to order. I called and waited 15 minutes for an answer only for someone to answer and hang up on me. I tried again and the same thing happened 4 more times. I find this to be very unprofessional, rude and lazy, I guess this is why they have so many bad reviews

Whoever the black tall, older guy is with the beard needs to be let go. Bad attitude. I showed him the upmost respect when I came in and he didn't talk back. Woman came in after, he knew how to talk then. If he doesn't want to work, send him home. He looks like Kimbo slice, but smaller
