Domino's Pizza

The delivery driver had a great personality but food was the worst I’ve experienced. The cheese dip had a weird smell to it. The pizza was thrown together and box was smashed into the pizza. Chicken was dry and hard.

Quality control . Can you say raw deep dish? And rubber wings!!! Guys, clean the oven and let it go all the way through before you pull it out!! This location now sucks when they used to make perfect pizzas. Avoid for now. For now, get carry out at the Greenspring's location. I would give 0 stars if I could. I will update if the situation changes as always. My picture is of a pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza. 2 toppings man!

Back in my home country, domino's was my first choice for pizza. Here I experienced the same pizza in terms of taste, cheese quality and color looks the same.

The young guy at the register was very nice but it seemed like there were 3 “managers” standing around while the phone kept going off. No wonder I couldn’t get someone to answer when my pizza was made wrong. I’ve never had a problem here but it seems that there’s miscommunication between when the app says “cheese” and the receipt they give the pizza makers. A guy asked if we wanted pepperoni. Did it say that on the receipt? I’m just as confused.

This is a completely unreliable place to order pizza from. Wates an hour and a half with delivery people saying they were coming but they kept calling from different numbers saying they were pulling up and never showed up. Sounded like they were at a party in the background. Employees are not good.

First time ordering from this location and I must say that they delivered. I have gone to multiple dominos locations in Birmingham and none have compared to this one. I placed my order online while sitting in front of the store and watched the progress online. My order was ready within the time that was given. The staff was very friendly and polite. Above average for a staff of young adults.

I’m highly disappointed with my order I order at least once an week at this location and everytime it gets nastier: Pasta dry, and hard. Pizza soft and wet. I feel so bad because I work long hours and when I get off I grab dinner only to come home and see this.

The pizza from this dominoes has been not great for a bit but they just gave me a pizza that was raw dough for half of the crust. When I called to complain the GM said that to get a refund I would have to bring the pizza back to the store myself. Delivery insurance is a joke, they did offer to remake the pizza but we are already too hungry to start the process all over. The GM was also rude and the corporate office has a busy signal.

The lady in the front was really funny . . . the place was clean and workers were super fast making orders. Left with a smile!

Normally my pizza be fresh but on yest my pizza was dry... I ate 1 slice my co workers didn't even want any...smh waste of money hopefully they'll get better
