I've been ordering my pizza here for a few years now, and it's always on point. The food is always done fast, and the employees are pretty friendly as well. One time I ordered 2 large pizzas, and they accidentally made 2 medium pizzas instead. They immediately made me 2 large pizzas, and gave me the 2 medium pizzas too!! Great service!!
Worst Experience Ever. If y’all close early, put a note up. I ordered online for carry out at 9:30pm and went to pick up at 10:30pm and when my bf went to pick up the order the door was locked and EVERY EMPLOYEE WAS JUST STARING. NOBODY would let him in until a delivery driver asked him if he placed an order, very unprofessional and clearly customer relations isn’t very high on this store’s radar.
It’s a shame they bought this stale burnt pizza to my hotel. I live in Kennesaw but I’m in Marietta visiting there is a 1000% difference in customer service and food quality! Burnt warm stale pizza! By the way they sound high on the phone! Get people who actually care to cook food please????
Didn't bring sauce I ordered, toppings missing, pie cut wrong. Offered me a credit for only this store I'm at a hotel and don't live in town, or a remake when it took an hour to arrive in the first place. I paid $38 and didn't get what I paid for, and was refused a refund, or even a partial refund for what I purchased and didn't receive.
Delivery was fast and driver was polite and followed directions. The bacon in the pasta was seriously undercooked and I had to fish it out and throw it away. There is no place on the ordering page to tell the cook that I wanted the bacon WELL DONE. It was just warmed, not cooked at all, and totally inedible.
Do not order from this dominos the manager teena and her whole shift are lazy… it took them 2 hours to put my pizza in the oven… dominos need to fire this whole shift and hire people that really want to work
This is the worst, unprofessional Dominos around. Sara, you are losing money at this store because of your poor customer service. The District Manager should take a good look at this store and find people who can actually provide good customer service instead of just hiring anyone under the sun! It’s clear they are desperate for employees because who they have hired could care less about profits, they are simply showing up to collect a check!
I've had bad experiences and usually always have an item missing. Autumn was my deliver driver and brought every item I ordered. I usually always get extra spinach too, and it was notable they actually put extra spinach this time too. Chef did a good job.
This is the absolute worst place to order food from especially delivery.... You'll probably never receive your order. Which has actually happened to me with this location. Once I placed an order over the phone, told it would be 35-45min and it took over two hours plus I think it was the third or fourth call there was a different manager, supposedly but sent my order out. Also after everything happened one that order they still CHARGED ME!!!!!! I couldn't believe it customer service is absolutely gone . I will never order anything from this company again.
Painstakingly slow. I walked in to order and it took close to an hour for 2 pizzas. Horribly understaffed. The counter person was borderline rude and I saw drivers going into the establishment from their vehicles handling food without first washing their hands. I will never go there again.
