Wow ! I was super frustrated and Madison made it so much better! She was attentive and kind! She honestly was amazing!!!! She resolved my issue immediately with no problem! She honestly needs to be management!! Thank You so much Madison! If corporate is looking they need to be promoting her ! So kind and elaborate!!!!!!!

The pizza was delicious and although the system was down and they didn't receive my online order I placed... The mgr handled it so well that I still had a wonderful experience...

Beware and check your pizza before you leave or your driver leaves. Staff do not check your order prior to handing it over. Don’t bother with the miniature microwave wings. You’re better off finding wings at a gas station or frozen food section.

I really loved their food. I always get great customer service here. The place is always clean and the workers are always very nice. I highly recommend this place.

Jets pizza is one of the best chain pizzas you can get. The taste is good but the service is awesome. Especially at the Delk road location when Larin is working, she’s courteous, helpful and always greets me with a genuine smile. Thanks for having great employees like her!
