Domino's Pizza

My family and I were in town during the 4th of July weekend. I ordered 3 pizzas for my squad. Our order was delivered over an hour late and the pizzas were not fresh to taste. I called the next day to inquire of accommodations for the inconvenience, and was told to bring the pizzas back to have them remade. I was also told that the likelihood of our pizza being stale was due to one driver on duty. I guess my issue in the long run is the inconvenience of paying for a pizza delivery fee and having my order arrived late and stale. Then being asked to return the pizza like a shirt that fit too small. Unbelievable. It’s just the principle for me.

I ordered at 11:15pm. I received my order finally at 1:15am. cold, and the pizza wasn’t even cut. Honestly doesn’t even look that appetizing for 40 bucks

We ordered a few things for and we had to go pick it up because there was no driver and this is what we got!! One was the chicken Alfredo and the other was sausage beef marinara pasta!! This place is terrible will never order here again!!!

To reiterate the concerns of others, why does the Corporate office allow this establishment to remain open? I adore Domino's in my hometown, but this location does not appear to be capable of providing even the most basic level of service. After waiting three hours for a pizza the app estimated one hour, I called and have been on hold for nearly 30 minutes. How exactly does one cancel an order? I should have read the reviews first.

I read the reviews & was skeptical of ordering, BUT they were amazing! I got a call and a voicemail stating their driver was not at work and it might be a little late I told them I’d come pick it up. The pizza was FRESH and hot. They gave me a refund that showed up the same second for the delivery fee and tip i already paid online. They were SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. Overall GREAT experience

The girls were very sweet but whoever made the pizza was not. They put so much oil on that pizza I had to use multiple napkins to dry it off. I also think the pizza wasn't fully cooked the cheese was like falling off like it wasn't set. I think they also gave me a pan pizza instead of hand tossed. Had stomach issues immediately after.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I do not write reviews but my experience with this place is so distasteful I could not help myself. Some friends and I came down to Atlanta to watch a concert. We decided to order some pizza that night after the concert. Our order was placed and payed for at 11:16 AM. I knew it was late so I did not except quick delivery. Our order arrived at 1:47 AM! The pizza was barely warm and the delivery driver was very rude. Not just that we ordered 7 pizzas and they got one of the pizzas wrong! The order was placed online how do they mess up that up? Just get something door dashed to you. By the time the pizza arrives half your family will be dead asleep.

We ordered pizza on 8-19-2022,@ 10:15pm. It is now 2 hrs later and they still haven't shown up. The app says they are 5 blocks away and have been there for 45 min. What is going on at this store location? This is very unexceptionable. When we called to find out what is going on they just said they had only 1 driver on a Friday night, that doesn't sound right. And we already paid for the food and a tip. So I bet they don't care if the customers get cold pizza. Or bad service. We had to drive there to get a new pizza replaced. This is crazy. I want someone from there owners to contact me ASAP. What ever happened to if we are past our time it's free. I guess your company doesn't care for the customers that help keep your business open. Maybe that's why you only have 2 employees working tonight.

Good food good in what you'd expect from a fast food place. PATHETIC delivery service. Waiting for over 90 minutes to get my pizza and the ETA still saying it'll take at least almost 25 more minutes. I was told I'd get the pizza in max 25-35 minutes. Honestly, with this type of service, they should make the food free. Wouldn't have placed the order had I been given accurate information when ordering. And yes, I live nearby the place.

Listen to the reviews!!! Absolute worst delivery experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I placed an order at 10:00 PM and it is currently 12:00 AM and I still have no received my order. The food has been done since 10:30 PM meaning i will be receiving cold old pizza. I called multiple times and was told for the last hour they were “coming shortly”. Manager Tony was very rude on the phone. Going on 2 hours still haven’t received my order.I will be surprised if it shows up at all.
