Food was delivered fast and hot. They even gave me extra sauces and napkins. However i think it distracted from the fact that my order was not correct. I asked for thin crust extra extra sauce. Even added a note, lifting the cheese i can see crust, where is the extra sauce? As someone who has worked for Pizza Hut many times I know that sometimes pizzas are pre-made, but it only takes a second to make a pizza from scratch that the customer actually ordered. I'm pregnant and I have cravings and it's sad that what I love from Pizza Hut is the sauce but pizza is dry as can be.
If I could give zero stars I would. They are terrible. They don’t deserve the one star. I ordered my pizza at 9pm. It was supposed to be delivered at 9:40. When I checked the time it was 10:20 and I had not heard nothing from them. So I called and I was on the phone for 30 minutes and still no one answered. I finally went up there because they close at 11 and was met with an attitude. One employee said well you should not have ordered so late. I will never order from here again. The worse experience ever.
They steal. I placed a order online paid for it and was headed to pick it up. It was a accident on the highway which held me up and I wouldn't make it by the time they closed so I called to cancel order. I was told they couldn't cancel order because I already paid and they couldn't give me my money back. Which all this is a lie I worked at pizza hut on s cobb dr for 7yrs. The worker took my info and said the GM would contact me about my refund that was 3 days ago. I called 8 times today and got not one manager. I just want my money back
I was in Atlanta for work and ordered from this place. Everything was going smooth up until it showed my order was out for delivery, 3 minutes before the delivery was supposed to occur I received a text saying my order was cancelled. I called the store and was waiting for 30 mins before I hung up and called the as if placing a new order, rang 2 seconds and got an answer, told them what happened and they transferred me to the store line and again 15 min waiting before I decided to hang up. I placed a claim and was told I would receive a call in 3 business days, after the 4th business day waiting I called again and was told I would get a call again and that it had been escalated. It’s been 10 business days no call or anything and they actually charged me for the order. If I could do a negative star review I would. DO NOT ORDER from this place.
Horrible Horrible service just horrible. I ordered at 836pm and received NOTHING. Called the store multiple times and got NOTHING. Nobody answered the phone and I spent my HARD EARNED MONEY. Never again NEVER I promise.
The staff is very rude and ghetto. They need to fire the whole staff and get a whole new staff. I ordered a pizza at 9:00 pm pizza was suppose to be delivered at 10:08 I called the store and the guy answers we not taking any carry out of delivery orders. What happen to hello thank you for calling Pizza Hut. Then he goes to say if you have a delivery and your food is cold I’ll give u a 5 dollar credit on next order. Well I definitely won’t be ordering from pizza hit again. Your employees are very rude And yet a again 11/15/22 pizza was suppose to delivered at 8:40pm and I get a call at 9:24pm saying they were 5 min away 15 min went by and I called them back to I cancel the order. The need a whole new staff I would never order from this location again.
I'm out of town and wanted to order pizza for my son at college. I ordered 3 items and when he bit into the cheese-it stuffed pizza there was pepperoni in it. He's vegetarian and that was not ok. I ordered cheese. I tried to call them to get a new one sent out and the number goes to a call center. They tried to transfer me to the store and no one would pick up. I tried 3 times. Worst customer service ever. UPDATE: luckily the delivery driver texted my son when he was delivering. So my son texted Greg and told him about the mistake and HE made sure it was corrected and he delivered it. The one star is for hiring Greg and him being a steelar employee.
We placed an order through Uber eats and they gave it to the wrong driver. Now we have been waiting over 2 hours for our order to be delivered, and of course no one will answer the phone.
Ordered pizza in store. Staff was courteous. Food was ready in a timely manner. Pizza was very good.
Ordered at 7:10 p.m. food never came still showing it is on the way in the app. Called got central switch board after being on hold for 45 got a SORRY from corp. No wonder this chain is disappearing
