Walked in late night after a Red Wings game as we were parked closed by and nothing else was open. Good service, pizza came out very quickly and was hot and tasted good. Service was good and the store and washroom were both relatively clean. Open late hours too, I will give them 5/5 just for that.
Oh man, read the other reviews before ordering from this Dominos. The exact same thing happened to me. I ordered a pizza for dinner but it never came. I called the store no answer. The next day I went to the store and was told they canceled the order because they didn't have staff. When I showed i was charged for the full price, they said wait a few days for it to drop, so i did. the charge never dropped or was refunded. I notified customer support at corporate and they never responded. My now refuting the charge through my bank. Its so nuts!
I ordered just a simple medium cheese pizza and chicken alfredo and never received it. It told me on the website that it was delivered but had never shown up. I called the store 4 times and on the third time I was told to call back after 5 minutes if my order still hadn't shown up and guess what, it didn't show up. Called for the fourth time to ask for a refund and got sent to the manager where I proceeded to sit on hold for 20 minutes. I had to call on a separate phone to even get an answer on my phone that was on hold. As soon as the other phone got picked up, the OG phone got picked up and I instantly got the refund. Worker on the phone claimed that the driver says that the address I gave him was just an empty parking lot so he went back to the store rather than calling the phone number that I had sent with the order.
Ordered 2 carry out pizzas while in town for a convention yesterday evening. Pizzas were ready at designated time, they hit the perfect pizza itch, and Chris who was the one who range me out was incredibly friendly. Love when the customer service is even better than the food. Thanks Chris.
If I could choose zero stars, I would. I ordered food for my family at 11pm on new years eve. We had gone to a hockey game and just made it back to our airbnb. The hours listed said they were open until 1am, so I figured it wouldn't be a problem. I got a confirmation email stating my order was successful and even went as far as to say "Brandon began order at 11:51pm." I didn't even take off my shoes, because I was expecting to have food delivered to the apartment complex lobby and was expected to meet them. It was stated it would take 58-68 minutes. I was understanding, as it was new years eve and I was sure they were busy. After 2 hours passed since I ordered, I attempted to call with no answer. I called 5 times, no answer. The time on the tracker then changed to 83-98 minutes. At this point, I just wanted to cancel it but couldn't get ahold of anyone. I didn't want to wait until 3am to get our pizza. I had already paid ahead of time online. I was so stressed and frustrated. At 2:30 in the morning I finally recieved an automated text message from dominos bot stating they chose to cancel my order. Hours after they had stated they were making it, I had waited with my shoes on, I had called multiple times with no answer and no way to leave a message. Absolutely awful customer service. Absolutely awful experience.
O stars if I could! Food was never delivered! The tracker said it was delivered 30 min after ordered. Sat in the hotel lobby for 50 min, called 5 times, hour and a half to get ahold of anyone, has to call on separate phones to get ahold of anyone. DO NOT ORDER
Ordered my pizza 20 minutes before my lunch break and showed up and the prep wasn’t even started yet. Waited an additional 30 minutes to cook it. All for a small pepperoni pizza at 2pm on a Wednesday. My first time trying dominos in my life and my last time buying it as well. I don’t blame the staff because there is only one person working but I blame the owner and I blame Dominos for not setting this worker up for success. Thank you for ensuring I will never give you guys a chance ever again.
Do not order from here! No really, don't ever order from here. I live 5 minutes away so I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt time after time. Learn from my mistakes. There have been multiple times when I've put in a delivery order and hours go by. I call in and they say , "Sorry we don't have a driver tonight, we're not doing deliveries." A heads up would be nice. Well since I'm so close, next time I'll just do a pick up order right? Wrong! The app can say your pizza is ready but when you show up they might just be closed at 7 when their posted hours say 1 am. Feeling lucky? This has happened multiple times as well. Do not order from this location. Ever.
The worst! Ordered a Meatzza and a Pacific Veggie with chicken on thin crust. The young lady at the counter never looked up from her phone, so the guy in the back actually helped me. I guess cause it was prepaid. Well only 1 pizza was made... the girl remarked "oh yeah, we have to remake the Veggie because it was made on regular crust." I asked how long... 12 minutes. So I ran a quick errand, gave them 20 minutes and returned. They graciously gave me some bread, however once I got home, the new pizza was still wrong. No chicken! Which obviously was prepaid. I had ordered from them in 6 months or more. I see why.
They manipulated the online order system to show my food was ready when it was even in the oven. Then after 40 minutes in store, an hour after I placed my order online, I finally get my food and it was made wrong. By the time I got back my break was over and I couldn't eat it anyways. Never had an experience that bad at a pizza place without a refund offered even an apology for the wait. Just a shrug and "here's you food".
