Mariah took my order and gave me exactly what I asked for. The side toppings are free so I loaded up my sandwich, it was super delicious.. The service was quick and accurate. I was given a coupon towards my next order. The restaurant was very clean. I'll be back again ****UPDATE: the location Downtown closed.
I recommend the Italian sub. We went during off-peak hours and enjoyed a quick meal.
Only been here once. Good food. deli type food. Build your own sandwich. A little expensive for me but good restaurant
My visit was bad on several fronts. Online ordered then at the end of ordering process was notified that they were not taking online orders, even though in the beginning of the order it stated the online ordering hours, which i was within. When ordering i was not notified that they didn't do fries at this location or that they were out of tomatoes, both of which i found out 15/20 minutes after i paid. It was also very slow to get my order ~20 minutes. The two stars are for the very good Wicked sandwich i had, though in general i feel that Which Wich's sandwiches are hit or miss.
We went to Which Wich for the first time today with our granddaughters, one of whom has severe dairy and egg allergies. The cashier, Andrew, was very helpful in helping us decipher the menu but when we had specific questions regarding ingredients he immediately got the manager, Steven Price. Steven was able to answer all our questions, got out the allergy/ ingredient information and then personally made the sandwich so there would be no cross contamination . The service was wonderful and the sandwiches were delicious!
Ok sandwiches, I usually order from here when Jimmy Johns is closed. The last one was a little soggy. They have a lot of options, I've never had a problem with my order. Restaurant is always clean and staff is nice. If you're looking for a quick bite, I'd say check them out. I forgot to take a picture unfortunately but they're not bad. A lot of options to choose from also.
Their GF options are rather limited, but the staff is very kind and very understanding of requests for special preparation instructions. Taste wise the super food wrap I had was superb and I look forward to trying locations closer to my home. Be aware they do NOT have a restroom in the restaurant.
Horrible business, very rude and unprepared. I ended up getting less than what I paid for because they did not feel like thawing the bread for my sandwichwhich comes in 1 size so they made me a SMALLER one. I waited like 15 minutes when there was no line, they were all so busy gossiping and going back/forth with each othermanager included to give any kinda service. That was even mustard smeared on my wrapper and i didn't even request that. The vibe in this place is all messed up and just because it's counter service doesn't mean you treat people badly. Hopefully no one else has this experience, I am only reporting my own.
I will admit; this is the second time I have gone to another sandwich place when Jimmy John's is closed and *loved* it. The time was around 9:00 am and I was just wondering around Griswald Street when I saw Which Wich. I looked to see if they were open and I stepped inside. The smell of sandwich bread made me grab for my wallet, but I'd never been to a Which Wich, so I wasn't let onto their personalized ordering procedures until the lady at the counter prompted me to turn around and pick the correct bag and fill out my order. I ordered a Krab sub with my preferred fix-ins. The woman that took my order seemed to be professional and friendly. After I paid I waited a couple minutes for my sandwich. The store was clean and the music wasn't loud. Once I received my sandwich and fixed my beverage I sat down and bit into the sandwich. OH MY GOODNESS! The sandwich was delicious, though I think for the price and regular size I chose, the sandwich could have been bigger. I saved the other half for later and wished I had another sandwich when I finally got home to eat the other half. When I am in Downtown Detroit again I will definitely consider stopping at Which Wich again!!
The sandwiches were not very good at all, bread was soggy on all 3. The staff was not eager to help, it was my first time there and I felt rushed into understanding how to order on their bags & not once was I directed to where I wait for my food dispite asking twice. Also I ordered chocolate milk.with a kids meal & they gave me a cup of chocolate milk to go. I thought the milk in a to go cup was really gross. Upgrade to bottles. Disorganized & overpriced for the quality.
