Domino's Pizza

Great food, filled us up. Easy mobile app order, fast and has quick notification for pickup. Highly recommended the Alfredo pizza. Thumbs up.Food: 4/5

Terrible service- Waiting over 2 hrs to get food when I live 15min from the shop just so they can cancel the order... unacceptable. You try to call in to get any sort of update from there and the excuse each time is "well it got super busy so we're catching up. Everything is coming out of the oven now". Then they falsely update the tracker so it says it's out for delivery but we can still see the car is parked and never moves! This has happened twice in recent months to myself and if you check the reviews it seems like many others are having the same problem. People need to be held accountable for the terrible service they provide. Obviously the manager is not going to do anything since the problem is mostly himself he picked up the phone to provide an update. Seems like corporate needs to get involved or just shut the store down. There is plenty of other Pizza shops in this area therefore, I will never order from Domino's again. I recommend anybody reading this to do the same, you won't be disappointed.

this isn’t even the first or second time that this has happened. Like what the hell is this LOL It’s so funny but I ordered a bbq chicken pizza…. No bbq on it, which I’m used to, they rarely ever put it but my pizza was definitely made by a drunk employee or at least I’m hoping… apparently tho I’m not the only one that this happens to from this specific location: am I still gonna order from here? Yes. Did u piss me off? Yes. Yall are goofy as hell

Inconsistent delivery. 2-3 weeks ago ordered food from this location via app... Delivered food that was of poor-fair quality, but edible. And now... this is the 2nd time in 9 months this branch has decided at time delivery is due to unexpectedly "cancel my order" stating I'm outside their delivery service area. Their app automatically chooses this branch as my delivery branch believe me, I wish it would let me pick a different one and 95% of the time THEY DELIEVER although sometimes it is poor quality food and then the other times they cherry pick and choose to whom they feel responsible to deliver to. Have sent multiple emails to corporate with no adequate resolution. The branch manager does not care. They get to decide whether or not they feel like delivering to customers based on... well... if they feel like it or not. Pizza hut is the better choice if you live ANYWHERE near this location. They are garbage and should be shut down. Corporate... also a joke. Don't bother. They are rude, unprofessional, and do not give a flying kite about your issue or providing any kind of decent customer service. ABSOLUTE worst location in Omaha/metro area. Will this review make a bit of difference in the outcome of their service? No. Lol. Such a joke.

I was so looking forward to a thin crust, pizza and ordered a pepperoni with hamburger. The pizza was so overcooked the edges were black and it was extremely dry. I also ordered some wings that desperately needed salt and pepper. It will be a long time before I order Pizza again from Domino’sFood: 1/5

Ordering online has been an absolute nightmare and my orders get sent to random stores all over the city. The past three times I have ordered from this store which is right down the street from my house the pizza's have been either cold, all over the lid of the box, or cut into super unequal slices.Food: 1/5

Your delivery guy and cook both sucks! I wanted my pizza’s UNCUT but you cut it and over baked it. You guys are unprofessional NO MORE business with Dominos! You have to fire your cook and delivery guy. Awful service overall. Late delivery!Food: 1/5

Just awful. Ordered at 5:50, still did not have our pizzas by 7. Called twice, both put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Tracker never updated, then an hour and a half after ordering, the order somehow got cancelled? I did not cancel it. The second guy to answer the phone told me that "apparently the whole city of Omaha ordered from this store." I understand if you're busy, but two hours behind? So disappointing, I used to love Domino's.

The past 2 times I've ordered from this location the pizza has been poorly made. Barely any sauce or cheese and not even cut. Avoid this location.
