Godfather's Pizza

10/23/21: We have been customers of Godfathers for many years. That may end after tonight. We ordered 2 pizzas online for pickup. I looked on the site for a coupon code, but it wouldn't accept it on the order. I added a note to please apply the coupon. When I went to pick up the pizza, I mentioned that I'd been unable to use the coupon code online. I was told they saw my note, but they weren't able to adjust the amount I was charged. I asked if they could give us a cookie in place of the discount. The young man at the counter went to ask his manger. He returned saying he was told they couldn't do that. I then asked to speak to the manager. Again he went off to relay the message. He came back and told me she said she was too busy to talk to me. Before leaving, I asked the young men at the front counter for the name of their manager. "Cali", they said. When I asked for her last name, I was told they didn't know. I asked them to go ask her for her last name. Cali again told them she was too busy. Too busy to give me her last name. Too busy to speak to a paying customer. Well I'm not too busy to report this to you. And I'm not too busy to report this on Google and Nextdoor and Yelp and TripAdvisor and Facebook... If the managers of your stores don't care about customer service, then Godfather's doesn't care about customer service. We'll support companies and stores that do. 11/20/21: Update: I reported this to Godfather's corporate and received the following reply: Hello! This is not how we want our business represented. May we get your email or phone number so we can follow up with you? We are forwarding this review to the management team and someone will be in contact. Again we apologize for your experience. -Godfather's Digital Team Even though I provided my contact info several weeks ago, no one from Godfather's ever reached out about the issue.

We ordered a pizza and bread sticks at 4:42 on the phone to be delivered. I was told that it would be here in an hour. The pizza and bread sticks finally came at 6:20. We were notified in about 1.5 hours that the delivery would be later. When we got the pizza the crust was burnt on the bottom and some on the crust. The pizza was not very tasty to say the least. Bread sticks were also. The delivery driver was polite and apologized for the lateness but the pizza was unacceptable. Not money well spent. Bob 402-213-

I’ve eaten Godfathers for a long time and this place is consistently one of the best. They’ve never gotten my order wrong and the pizzas have always been cooked right with a good amount of toppings. My only complaint is sometimes the breadsticks are a little over cooked.

When a pizza takes 2 hours to show up and you call the company to complain and someone says it will be comped for the time so you relay that to the driver and Kelley the manager calls and leave the most unprofessional message I have heard of will make you laugh and appreciate other pizza places. Sorry for the run on sentences!

I placed my order at 5:35 pm tonight. It is New Year’s Eve so I naturally expected to wait a little longer than normal. I then received a confirmation email saying my estimated arrival time was 6:50 pm. Ok. That’s fine. 7:00 pm rolled around and my order had not been delivered yet. I called in and was told they were just starting to make my order and would have it me soon. Ok. Cool. 7:45 came and still no delivery. I called again and was told the deliveries just left the store and I should have my order soon. I knew there would be a wait, but it is now 8 pm and we are all hangry. I really hope this pizza is worth the wait because I am beyond frustrated with how long this has taken.

Just picked up my pizza... Not a single employee in the place wearing a face mask. Asked the manager and he said can't find them anywhere and I'm the owner. I suggest they consider making them. Not much different than the packing plant.... Employees elbow to elbow making pizza. No management concern for safety of employees or customers. Shameful.

We used to love this location. Always friendly, rarely if ever a mistake in our order. Now the quality has gone down and when you call 30 minutes before their close time they do not take orders. So very disappointed to the point I don’t like it when my family asks me to order it

Three and a half. It was okay, better than most pizzas. But I've been consuming Godfathers for 40 years. Tonight's was light on toppings even though I paid for extra cheese. Might walk back that toppings piled high slogan. 40 years ago it was Heaping with toppings!

Friendly staff. Same great pizza they have been making for years.
