I worked at a really good Domino's location for over seven years, so I'm confident saying that this location is $h1t. I ordered a Philly pizza for pickup and when I showed up to get it there was no onion on it. So I asked, "Where's the onion?" The kid working the counter, who wouldn't even make eye contact, said, "We're out of onion." I looked over and could see onion on the makeline. I just took the pizza and walked out. This isn't the first time I've been lied to at this store, but it's the last; I won't be back. I've spoken to the management before, but they're completely inept and I'm happy to take my money elsewhere. I know from experience that their failures are indicative of the poor ownership. Standards are set and enforced from the top, and these guys set the bar very low.
I guess customer service doesn't exist anymore, first of all our food was horrible and small and cold when we called to see if something can be done the girlwho I found out later was the manager was extremely rude and hung up on my son, I called back and she proceeded to hang up on me twice. This was Tuesday and we are still trying to get some help which at this point I'm convinced she is blocking. My advice if you want good food good customer service go to a different restaurant because this one is horrible!!
Always great pizza and seems like management has started hiring and training recently. Super friendly staff but it’s always crazy in there. Sometimes their pizza tracker isn’t always the most accurate but I’ve never had a bad pizza from here. If you’re ordering online, make sure to check store AND national coupons to get the best deals.
The employes are really nice i went to pick up dinner for the family, got two pizzas, pepperoni pizza, sausage pizza, and hot wings, and a 2 liter coke price 32-36 dollars got a 8 dollar discount,
I honestly can say I had the best order I've ever had from this location. I ordered the family deal.1 16 piece Parm Bites 1 Bread cinnamon bread twists and two 12 inch pizzas one pepperoni and one bacon. The pizzas were cooked perfect. The toppings were put on right. Enough pepperoni and finally someone wasn't cheap on the breakfast bacon. It wasn't oh my God over covered it was the right amount. Everything was hot. The driver was extremely nice and actually thanked me for giving him a tip. Whoever made my hand tossed pizzas need a raise. Thank-you for giving me and my family and enjoyable meal. Not sure what changed at that location but it was for the better. My order was at 2:30 july 3rd not sure which one is the ticket number. But the two numbers on the ticket is 911658 or the 658. Thanks again and keep up the good work.
The pepperoni's on my pizza we're soaked in floor cleaner/ degreaser. Stay far far away from this place. Either gross negligence on the employees part or someone is actively trying to poison people
Service and pizza quality is always great! Even though the brand is large, Dominos locations are often franchised and locally owned and rely on support from the community to be successful. Give this store a try if you'd like efficient service and the ability to customize pizza to your liking.
The best dominos around. Always very good. Clean, fast, kind people. Couldn’t ask for a better pizza place!
Pizza shower up undercooked. Called the store and the employee proceeded to tell me I’m wrong even though I was looking at a raw crusted pizza in front of me. Terrible experience through and through.
