Domino's Pizza

Credit where credit is due. Called and ordered 5 medium, two topping pizzas for $5.99 each. You have to ask for this special when you call. They were ready in 15 minutes, I picked them up, and they were legitimately good. Whoever made the pizzas put a good amount of toppings on each, and the dough was fresh. In fact, when I went into the store, I saw dozens and dozens of trays of fresh dough which is how I knew. At this price point, you cannot find a better deal in Denver.

first time I ordered it took so long their system automatically gave me a free pizza. and yes, it was cold. also the most inconsistent size slices I've ever seen. second time, there was meat on an otherwise vegetarian pizza. not a lot, like 2 pieces, so you could've missed it. honestly I think I missed the first one. anyways, not ordering here again.

Delivery driver was great! One of my pizzas was raw! I’m done dealing with this trash place and will be charging back my order. $38 for two pizzas and a 2 liter and one of the pizzas is raw. Unacceptable.

Solid late night team; Eli my driver had a common uber error with my house. Icy and snowy at 1:00 AM, he called and we worked it out. The pizza was beautiful, no fizz on my 2 liter. I mean look at this 1:00 AM pizza, what:

This is probably the worst experience I've had getting pizza delivered. We asked for half and half. They basically just tossed the one half around without caring. Also barely even cut the pizza so when we tried to tear apart like you do, half of the pizza came apart. I basically had to use a fork for most of it Ridiculous!! not giving one star because it was still good but could have been from not eating all day

I ordered the handmade pan two weeks ago, and not only the cashier was confused on what that is but also I received it with NO sauce and was way undercooked and doughy. I didn’t realize that until I have gotten back home which was too late to bring it back. I literally put it in the oven again for 15 minutes and still did not taste as good as I usually get it. Domino’s handmade pan pizza is by far my favorite pizza but this store have ruined the taste for me and will probably not going to order in a while, at least until I forget that taste.

This outlet is one of the worst in terms of reliability and service. We ordered two pizzas and got an email they would be ready in 32-42 minutes. 95 minutes later, they showed up. Called the store and the manager didn't even know where the pizzas were, then finally said, "he picked them up a while ago. check your front step". 15 minutes later he showed up. No apology, no nothing. Probably shouldn't expect more but we will go PJ's next time.

Ordered a pizza. Was surprised when it never showed. More surprised by the reviews here. I've NEVER had a problem with them until tonight 5 yrs. I called after it was stuck at "quality check" for 45 minutes. Guy had no idea. He couldn't find our food. Said he was waiting on a driver to get back. He'd remake our food and send it out. It's still not here. I would have done pickup but that was already closed. The system won't let me file a complaint until the pizza goes out. I'm not sure we'll ever get food tonight. I just called again. Driver went out without it. It's sitting there waiting for the next trip. No idea when it will get to me. It's already been 90 minutes. I'm guessing another half hour. Teen is tired and hungry. So much fun on a Friday night. Pizza got here 2 hours after ordered. It's wrong. I tried to call. Phone system has been turned off. Never again.

The health department should shut this location down immediately. If you enjoy liquid diarrhea and/or throwing up what you just ingested, by all means place that order. Their prices keep increasing while the quality decreases immensely. Do not waste your money or time on this location. Order from somewhere local, and thank me later. Seriously! I've given this location way too many chances. Your order will sit after being baked for at least 30 minutes to an hour. You may or may not receive your actual order. It doesn't matter how much of a tip you include, your experience will be below subpar.
