I usually don’t eat at Panera but now I am a super fan. Having been part of their unlimited sip program has been life changing. It is a huge space for me to work in peace. And their food is top notch. Also, sign for their rewards program for you will get a lot bang for your buck!
This Panera location is by far one of the cleanest and most efficient. There were staff busy wiping tables, greeting people and cleaning windows! I commended the manager on duty. She was also pleasant! Keep up the great service!!!
This is a great location, but WOW Panera! Your sip club went up 25% and a large coffee is now almost $4! Your coffee is good but not that good. I think this will be my last hazelnut coffee. It's been a great ride!
Ordered delivery but didn't receive any of the sides to go with our meal. The bag containing our remaining items was ripped open when it was delivered to us. One of the sandwiches wasn't properly wrapped / taped shut. Store said they were not capable of issuing any kind of refund. They did offer to resend missing items but at that point it would have been too late and the overall delivery experience with them was poor.
We ordered 2 Turkey Bravo sandwiches. They substituted the bread and instead of turkey used chicken. I understand that they may be out of certain items, but they should tell their customers about substitutions. I despise chicken and didn’t end up eating my sandwich. If I would have known I would have ordered something else.
I’ve loved Panera for a long time now, and we all know how good the food is lol But I just wanted to give Kaitlyn a shout out for being so amazing! All I got was good vibes, and her level of professionalism came out so naturally and personal I felt I was talking to a long time friend. Her personality was very refreshing, and she was the highlight of my day. Thank you so much for making a difference, Kaitlyn! recommend!
Had a terrible experience Tuesday night. Came in and there was about four employees around the register talking. Not one greeted me or talked to me to welcome me in. I order on the kiosks and get my food just to come home and find that an ingredient listed on the title is not even on the sandwich. On top of that I ordered a drink and had to wait around to receive it. Every time I go to this location they have their drive through turned off stating that they’re closed even when they’re not. You also can not do curbside pick up here.
I have ate at this location twice and it’s now my favorite. Clean restaurant/restrooms and outstanding customer service. Lief was especially helpful. Will be coming back in the future. Also The Cheddar Broccoli soup is amazing.
I entered the establishment about 2pm and noticed the seating areas to be slightly unkept. I ordered a meal and found a place to sit myself. Retrieved my hot meal from the counter and spent some time enjoying the meal seeing the traffic pass by on Colorado Blvd. Kid-friendliness: Table and chairs are comfortable enough to seat a young child of about 5 or 6 years old at least. Children can get sweet treats to go with their meal's. Parking: Limited number of parking spaces in front of the establishment. Some of the spots are reserved for other businesses and restaurants. Some of the spots have a 30 minute parking limit. There are open parking spaces down the street and metered parking as well. Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are a double entry way that may prove to be a difficult entry. The tables and chairs are of an appropriate height for seating.
The ordering system was not updated. We ordered things through their kiosk that they didn't have, and the items that were visibly in the case were not on the kiosk. Next time I won't pay for a drink because they had cups out and I could have just filled one with the tea I ordered.
