Domino's Pizza

The service, employees and everything is perfect. This is one of my favorite locations. I wish dominos will have some stores open later than usual during the week.

Absolutely excellent customer service!! I ordered carry out while visiting D.C. Then I realized that our hotel was farther than I thought from the Dominoes . I quickly called the restaurant and notified them and they changed it to delivery Within minutes they were delivering the pizza to the hotel. The pizza was hot and fresh. So pleased with the customer service! I called the Domino’s and they automatically changed it within a few minutes they had the pizza delivered to my hotel

These guys’ service is a complete joke. We ordered a pizza, and we were told delivery would take 30-40 mins. About an hour and a half later I called to check on the pizza, and was initially told the pizza will be coming soon, but then was told it was delivered. That was obviously a lie as nobody ever rang our door and there was no pizza left on our porch. They offered to cancel the order without wanting to figure out what happened and basically left us without dinner. They were so incredibly rude on the phone, told us if we wanted pizza, we should put in another order. Why would we order again, if it wasn’t delivered the first time? Seriously, get it together guys, that’s not how you run a business.

Thank you for ruining my daughter’s birthday party dominos. I put an order in for a timed delivery and they were an hour late. If you order just don’t expect it at the time you request, especially if it’s for a birthday party. I would also hold off on tipping them through the app and tip them when they arrive.

DONT ORDER HERE!!! THEY DID NOT DELIVER THE PIZZA, I CALLED A FEW TIMES AND WAS HUNG UP ON OR TOLD "ITS HEADES OUT" EACH TIME. DO PICKUP OR THEYRE GONNA DO YOU DIRTY

One of the best pizzas you’ll ever eat. Domino’s has perfected the pizza with their crunchy and soft crust and plentiful toppings. MOST importantly, the diligent workers are polite and customer friendly. I’m definitely returning back to this domino’s.

I am writing this review to especially acknowledge the store manager for this location - David. I am new to my organization and forgot that we are tax exempt. Due to no fault of Dominos or David, it has been a tedious small task to go back and rectify. Nonetheless, David has followed up, communicated, and overall goes above and beyond to meet the needs of his customers. He has a warm and cheerful disposition that is unmatched. Even when the customer is at fault LOL. I apologize for the inconvenience David and I appreciate all your hard work and efforts to resolve the problem. I look forward to returning to this Dominos for all of our future events because of the incredible service that David has established with his team. Dominos is LUCKY to have him!

Don’t go here. They lie, won’t deliver all of your food, then fight you about it over the phone. It’s not worth the headache, I promise.

Driver read the address wrong , lost my food. Two hour process that lead to me hopefully getting refunded. You sit and wonder, why do I support this ?

The Glover Park location is the worst in DC. I tried to place an order at the Tenleytown location but it automatically placed the order at the Glover Park location. They are so rude and slow for delivery and the drivers are the worst. Never ordering from this location again. Aviod this location. I wish this location would close down. Management and customer service is horrible.
