Domino's Pizza

Place a order online 10:02pm app claim order complete 10:47 never received the delivery wait until 11:23 give the store a call they said driver will be there in 7 minutes. Wait till 12:02am give store another call store manager said order was complete. I said have cameras on my front door nobody delivered anything. They claim the driver call me but never call me. Now 12:30 store cancel my order and said to me no order from there domino’s store anymore. Shame for dominos franchise has this kind people manage their brand.

Awful experience. As far as I understand 90% of clients order pizza online and never see the process of its preparation. However we have visited this place and ordered pizza. First, the same guy who was cooking pizza was cashier and we did not see that he washed his hands after he touches cash machine or screen, instead we noticed him washing hands before going to take money... Looks like for him it's not important to wash hands because of working with FOOD, but important to wash hands because of working with CASH. Second, while serving us, he was talking via handssfree headsphone and thus was not paying any attention to what we were ordering and reasked us few times later. Also, one of my frined got a cold and we asked if they have water not from fridge but with warm, and they refused, even though I saw there boxes with warm water

ordered online to pick up, came in and saw it was only one person, with NO GLOVES and touching everything including the food and not washing their hands, on top of that wanted me to pay extra for sauces when the order came with it, just dont order from this specific dominosFood: 1/5

$14 for half mushroom and half cheese pizza, and there is barely any mushrooms. Wasn’t even buying it for myself and now that person wasted money on this thing. Little Cesar 5 min from them would probably done better job lol.

The pizza was awesome the store and staff are great. Food was hot and got to house in a timely manner

Pizzas were freshly baked with amazing taste and flavors. Amazing customer service.

The online order process is super easy, but the people working at the store location are horrible. I get a notification saying my order is already delivered but no one is there. I call the store explaining my concern and they just say "they are on the way" then hang up. Ran into customer service issues a few times just hoping they would get better... but nope. I wont be ordering from there anymore.
