Domino's Pizza

We ordered 3 pizzas pretty late using online ordering. Pizzas were ready super fast and are likely the best pizzas I've ever had from Dominos. The 2 guys working tonight did really a great job and I hope they can be recognized for their service, where many restaurant employees on a Monday night could care less to be clocked in. Happy to have them in our community.

This is a pan pizza...tasted exactly how it looked. I expected at least for the cheese to cover the entire pizza not just in spots. I came one time before thinking it was just that time...but this is my third time ordering. This is their style. Its food...its on sale..if you hungry, you will eventually eat it.

We've been to a few different Domino's locations in the valley but this one has been our favorite so far. The few people I've spoken to here have been friendly and kind. There is a small step area for kids to watch the workers make the pizzas, which my daughters love. When we have a pickup order they always ask if we can go inside instead of pickup curbside so we they can watch. The gentleman who I presume is a manager is always busy but has a friendly, fun demeanor about him. They've never messed up our order. My only critique for Domino's as a whole is that I wish they had a dairy-free/vegan cheese option. Would recommend this location.

I know times are hard in the food service industry. But, there is NO EXCUSE for poor service like this. This was the WORST experience, both product and customer service related, we have ever had. I realize Domino's is not gourmet pizza, but it's usually fresh and consistent and if there is a problem, they deal with it timely and happily. I truly wish I would have read the reviews from the last year before ordering from this location. Buyer beware. Our food was burnt and dried out and the portion size on the pasta was very inconsistent and small compared to every other Domino's we have frequented. We returned it to the store immediately, within 15 minutes of receiving to get a refund. This should be the end of the story. It's only the beginning. I got 2 weeks of runaround from the store regarding a refund and the manager, Dave, is the absolute worst person have ever dealt with in customer service. He lied and refused to believe anything I said, even though I had proof from Domino's and my credit card that nothing he said they had done at the store had been done. I contacted Domino's corporate and hopefully have it resolved--waiting to actually see that refund before I let this rest. They could clearly see Dave or the store had never processed a refund. They had deleted our order from their system incorrectly and they did receive the money. Thank you to Domino's corporate. Dave--you are truly a piece of work oh how I want to say something else.....!!! Good luck to any staff that considers working for this person... you'll need it!

Been coming to this location for a few years. If i have issues they fix them. Tonight i ordered my free pizza from my points via pickup. The best things in life are free and they made this pizza perfectly with love. It was made on time, delicious, hot, and quite presentable. Thank you pizza fam. Good job!

Made an order at 5:50pm they were checking it at 6:01pm, ok good I thought. Driver did not pick up the order from the store till 6:51, and did not deliver it till 7:12 21 minutes with no heat. The boxes were barely warm to the touch and the food was cold. Manager acts like it was no big deal that they are violating the food handling laws.

Pizza was delayed by 30 minutes from stated time. Manager was coughing while making pizza and not covering up. Almost cancelled the order but we had prepaid. Won't come to this place again.

The worst experience ever. The supposed manager Michael is a joke. He’s very unprofessional and rude. Do not go to this location! Your pizza will be cold and sitting on the counter then the manager will laugh in your face and tell you your lying and will not refund your your money back. If I could give this store zero stars I would!

Rude employees, especially the girl, and miniature, overpriced food that tasted bad. This is my nice review, I won't say how I actually feel about our experience tonight. 0 stars don't recommend, at all.

I wanted to order online. “Online order not available… call this number to order…” i call and sit on hold for 20 mins. Decided im over this and drive there to order. They are already closed at 7:30 pm on a Saturday. Figure your s**t out and let us know whats up because this is ridiculous… never going here again
