We have been craving for Mexican food since we moved to Boston area and Don Julio did not disappoint! The portions were good and the food was delicious and flavorful! We ordered birria taco combo that came with 3 tacos and a salad and rice. Their steak enchiladas 3 mexicana came with refried beans and rice, was yummy and quite spicy so will definitely recommend if you like spicy food. Will be back for more! But I realized the price on Ubereats are more expensive than if you order directly from their website.
The food was delicious, it was seasoned to perfection. I got the chicken fajitas and the shrimp taco combo. I did not give it 5 stars because I believe they should put more chicken on the fajita dish and at-least 1 more tortilla, as it only came with two. Other than that, very pleased.
I'm from Texas where we take breakfast burritos/tacos very seriously and after doing an extensive breakfast burrito tour of Boston have concluded that Don Julio is the winner. Their Salvadorean burrito is delicious with a sauce that I can't even describe. I don't live near the restaurant anymore but every few months I make the trek across town just to get this burrito. Highly recommend.
Delicious! Everything was so fresh and flavorful—the tacos, the guac smoothest and best guac I’ve ever had, the burrito bowl the veggies & tortilla bowl were really really good, the quesadilla, the rice and beans, the tortilla chips yass they have the red and green ones mixed in hehe, and oooooo the tres leches cake was the BEST I’ve ever had I highly recommend getting that for after : I’m definitely going back to try the pupusas and enchiladas and I can’t wait!
Pretty good tacos, they took their time to cook them, not too long, but also not conveyor belt speed. The chicken soup was good especially since I was sick. It was a little salty but great for my cold and what my body wanted/needed. Papusa was good and freshly made and hot. The chips sucked though. Good price, good food.
This place is a hidden gem. They have the best veggie tacos in the Boston area and their seasoning is on point! You won’t be disappointed! Vegetarian options: If you don’t f with their veggie tacos you don’t like veggies or tacos.
Delicious and affordable! I got the fried whole fish tilapia and my husband got the montenero fried pork, steak, fried eggs. The fish was one of the best fish! The fried pork was thinner than last time but still good!
Just moved to the area and wanted to try out one of the local restaurants. Probably the best burrito I’ve ever had and the price was great. 12/10 this is now my new favorite Mexican restaurant
This is what is described as “Corn tortilla tacos with meat pico and cheese” Let me know if you see a corn tortilla, pico, or cheese anywhere. This was after receiving the incorrect order it was re done and this is what I got. Please skip this place, even when they mess up orders and are asked to re do them they put no care into it and give you the complete wrong meal
We got pupusas, chicken tacos & sides of: platanos + beans. Everything was great, hot, fresh, flavorful! We will be going back to try more.
