I have had some issues with my wrists.......early onset of carporunnel, I guess. Recently, I was on vacation and needed a brace. I found this medical supplies company online and they were nice when I called. So, I went to their store and to my surprise there was a physical therapist of staff. He gave a wrist brace a told me to do some little exercises to do at home.

We lost a piece to my son's nebulizer that was not originally purchased here. I called them up to see if they sold replacement parts. They said to come right in and they would get me what I needed. When I arrived, I explained, my situation and what parts I had on hand to the young woman behind the counter. When she was unable to answer my questions, she immediately retrieved someone who could. That lady walked me through using all the parts I already had on hand and showed me what I could do for my son and avoid putting out money on a new part. Very grateful by their very helpful attitude.

These peoples billing practices are all screwy and they even admitted it! The replacement parts for cpaps are outrageously high and as I said their bookkeeping is suspect so keep track of your payments or they will try to cheat you out of payments you already paid!
