Donatos Pizza

Second time trying this pizza. Went to a different location this time. The bathroom was clean and the service was good. Lobby was clean too. The pizza was delicious.Food: 5/5

Pizza was good, hot, ready, toppings were good, mostly... Bacon was a little underdone and my thick crust pizza crust was a bit overdone. All in all, it's far better than the location nearest me, so I'll be back.

Ordered online for Donatos Clintonville and it said ready in 15 minutes it took them 35 minutes to make an 8 inch. Also ordered a salad and after they made me wait an additional 20 minutes then decided to tell everybody that they didn't have any salad said they refunded my money but my bank account still shows the full amount deducted. Won't ever go back

I ordered my food, it came no sour cream or ranch I ordered for my food I called and the answer was sorry the driver must of forgot and I don’t have a driver. That don’t solve my problem I paid for my food now I’m gone have to drive to get the things I need even tho I paid for delivery. This not acceptable.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered. It arrived 30 minutes late, cold, and wet since the driver put it in a puddle that was on my patio Didn’t bother to ring my doorbell. And it was a DoorDash driver, since this location apparently outsources to them. Horrible.

Donatoes is usually good but I would say the pizza I had at this location was pretty average. Service was also slow. I probably wouldn’t come back to this location.

Pulled a switcheroo on a friend looking for a job. Offered them $12.50/hr, then when they went to complete the hiring paperwork, all of a sudden "something happened and we can only pay you $10/hr."

I hadn't been there in awhile. I ordered a Big Don's with sausage. Before they put a piece of sausage on the sandwich. Now they use crumble pieces. It was good but not the same as before. Go back to the old way and I'll come back.

This is a no star; took over 1 1/2 hrs for a large and personalized pizza. The driver calls and said he tried to delivery the order, but he went to a wrong address. TT the store manager and no apology, as well as no refund on the delivery or order; also the driver blames it on Google. The personalized pizza has the wrong ingredients on it.

I will not be back to a Donato's based on my experience at this location.
