Donatos Pizza

Ordered from Uber eats. Wrong pizza Was delivered. Called store. No one wanted to take responsibility. I informed them that the pizza that was delivered was burnt anyway. Manager told me that I only complained about burnt pizza because I got wrong pizza and the pizza probably it was not burned. He said he didn’t have time to talk to me. I informed him That another patron was going to get my pizza. He didn’t care.

The place is warm and sweet. One staff was really warm that he let me in when it was pouring outside. It has big screens for game day and the food tastes nice.

I was traveling and needed to use the restroom. We didn’t realize we were getting off the exit at a college campus. We went to 6 different places before we ended up at donatos where the bathrooms were actually open. The cashier was so sweet in directing me to the restrooms. I spent money just in appreciation for the restroom being open. I just want to thank the employee that was there.

Pizza was done very nicely, good sauce flavor and a fair amount of toppings.

Have loved everything about this place for 30 years! A must stop every time I visit Columbus. Glad to see it continues to withstand the constant demolition of High Street. Pepperoni, sausage and onion is one of the greatest combinations you can get there.

We moved away 22 years ago and haven't found a pizza as good as this in all that time. On our first return trip, we HAD to stop and see if it was as good as we remembered. It was BETTER than we remembered. Columbus is so lucky to have Donatos!

Standard Donatos. It's exactly as one would expect for the local chain. But this one has a bar downstairs! I came for the Tuesday night karaoke, since if I wanted Donatos specifically I could get it much closer to home. The karaoke crowd was small, and I was able to sing 5-6 songs in the span of 2 hours, which was a change from the usual hour to hour and a half wait from places on a Friday night. TL;DR Standard pizza. Good, clean building. Come on a Tuesday for the karaoke! Get cheap drinks!
