Donatos Pizza

My order in this visit was for drive-thru pickup. My order was ready in 20 minutes. Customer service was great and fast. My food was hot. I tried the Hot Honey Pizza and babyyyy, it has a kick but it is really good. If you can't eat hot or spicy, then this is not for you. I also ordered the traditional pepperoni pizza with light sauce. I definitely will be getting the hot honey pizza again. I hope it is not only available for a limited time. Everything about this visit was good. I also didn't have to wait in line. You can dine in here and there is plenty of parking too.

Edit: I’m glad to say i saw great improvement after ordering on 2 separate occasions. Definitely much better and appreciated. Keep up the hard work! A female employee asked me to verify my order three different times and then proceeded to tell me the I told her something different altogether. Food is alright but those employees need an attitude check.

One of the biggest pros are that they are usually open late for pick-up or 3rd party delivery. Super convenient for those midnight cravings. And it’s ready pretty quick. Their pizza quality is on trend with all of their other locations, good taste. And their salads are freshly made - I customize, so can confirm. Service is a little meh. How some greet you at the window is a little cold - “name?” All in all, a solid spot.

This location is still pitiful as the last time I came in. No sense of urgency. They don’t care about your special instructions. Light sauce? Have regular sauce! Extra Romano?? Have the normal amount! Well done?! Normal bake will do. This location is really, really bad and just not worth your time. There are plenty of other pizza shops to frequent, and every time I give this particular location another shot they drop the ball. They need crew trainers and new management! Until then Stadz and Classic Pizza will get my business.

Unfortunately Donatoes thought if you remodeled your restaurant that it would help your incompetence. It didnt. I rarely put reviews online but this is important. We used to order frequently from this place but the last two times the staff can not either get the order right or get it done on time. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a pep hot honey and they forgot the honey, crazy. Thought I would give them another chance. Last night ordered a pep hot pizza with side of marinara since they don't seem to put enough sauce on the pizza. I call to order, goes to an AIBot, takes me about 2 min to get thru to someone, which btw can't hardly speak English and must be in India, had to repeat order multiple times. Finally get the order placed, verified. I show up at the time they said, there are approximately 12 pizzas sitting on the counter with the oven overflowing with pizzas coming out and the pizzas are practically stacking up on each other in the oven. I had to yell to get someone's attention since they had no idea I was waiting at the counter. A girl comes out, I pay, she goes and looks for my order, brings out pizza, turns around and goes back in the kitchen. I open the box not sure how long it had been sitting on the counter and she forgot the sauce. It took about 3 minutes to get her attention to bring me the sauce. Get home, pizza is cold and overdone. Bottom line....hire people that want to work or lose business. I think Crenos may be a better choice.

Ordered through the app at 6:20pm and it said 45-50minutes. After over an hour goes by I attempted to call the store 3 times with no answer. I get an alert in my phone minutes later that the order was cancelled with no explanation. Edit: attempted 7 times in total to call the store before I gave up. The next morning I called and quickly got my refund processed.

I had an online order and went to pick it up. I was super early, as I didn’t see the time for pick up. I go to the drive thru and the girl was extremely rude. Around 845pm, she kept saying “she doesn’t have my order” I then pull up my app and it says pick up at 9. No big deal I’ll wait. The rudeness and the way she was talking to me was unacceptable. Kept saying “WE DONT HAVE YOUR ORDER” “I don’t see an order with your name on it” and kept rolling her eyes. Horrible experience all around.

Called placed order for chef entree salad and 2 10 pc wings. Received someone else's order. Called the store and they kept hanging up. This was a delivery. I had to come out to their shop to get my food. Absolutely ridiculous!! Not to mention wait for them to do thenreorderService: 1/5

I ordered a pizza online last night. It said pick up was at 9:41. My husband arrived at 9:45 and another car was in front of him. He waited 5 minutes. The man in front of him got tired of waiting moved his car and tried to go into the lobby. The doors were locked. My husband pulled up to the window. Two female workers ignored my husband for ten minutes. One looked at my husband through the drive thru window and walked away. Then five minutes later held up a finger and he inferred wait a min. By the time she opened the window it was around 10:00. Her attitude was very snotty and she insisted there was no pizza ordered. After my husband told her the name 3 times, he finally called out our phone number and she eventually located the pizza. She must have been so overwhelmed by the immense responsibility of her career choice that she couldn't find the pizza sitting right there on the rack. The pizza tasted great made by the gentleman in the back, but there was one problem, the pizza was cold. I usually don't write reviews but I am so tired of disrespectful, rude, entitled behavior. Maybe give her a training on the appropriate way to serve customers.

The girl at the window tonight is by far THE WORST I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. Rolled her eyes at me then told me to circle back.around because ny order which was already late wasn't ready yet. I.dont mind waiting..it's the horrible customer service that is unacceptable. HOW did we get to this point??? I shall never give this location my money again. I will also be contacting the corporate office Monday. Hopefully this young lady can get reprimanded. How sad and pathetic.
